Terra 2.0 Price Prediction – After Binance Pump, Floor Builds at $6 – Business 2 Community

The highest volume crypto exchange, Binance, relisted its LUNA trading pairs – with the LUNA price pumping to hit $25 against Tether (USDT).
Above is the weekly LUNA price chart against Binance Coin (BUSD) and below is a 4 hour chart against Tether (USDT).

The LUNA price wicked higher on the LUNA/USDT pair before retracing to $6.01 and then held that low for ten more 4h candles – closing three daily candles above $6 so far, with the June 3rd candle closing in around 12 hours from now.
Currently the LUNA price (which some are calling the LUNA 2.0 price, or LUNA 2 – Crypto.com has a LUNA2/USDC pair) is up 1-2% in the past 24 hours.

Bitcoin is also slightly in the green today, holding just above $30,000.
The Terra LUNA market capitalization is $1.38 billion with a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $6.43 billion and a circulating supply of 210 million LUNA coins.

Cryptoassets are a highly volatile unregulated investment product. Your capital is at risk.
Since the Binance chart still displays the price action of the old LUNA coin prior to the crash, the 21 weekly EMA is at just over $50 and the 8 EMA just over $30.
Despite LUNA now being a new token since the hard fork, the circulating supply of the new LUNA coin is similar to the old LUNA (around 350 million before the crash) so some traders might set a price target near those exponential moving averages.
At $30, the LUNA live market cap would be $6.53 billion, just outside the top 15 cryptos by Coinmarketcap rankings. At $50, the LUNA market cap would be $10.88 billion, just inside the top 10 cryptos – currently Dogecoin has a $10.80 billion market cap in the #10 position.
At the April 2022 top, the LUNA all time high of just over $119, its market cap was $42 billion, the #6 largest crypto.
In the short term, if the LUNA 2.0 price can close this weekly candle above $6 it could start an uptrend to fill out the wick to the upside. Liquidity will be low over the weekend so trade LUNA carefully.
Bybit and KuCoin relisting perpetual futures trading pairs for LUNA 2 will also add to the price volatility, with margin traders gambling on overly high leverage being liquidated at both sides of the current price range.

Updating the old LUNA coin supply (now LUNC)
Whether the new LUNA price can revisit the previous LUNA ATH is yet to be seen and an 18x gain from the price today would of course still not help investors in the original LUNA coin recover losses.
That old LUNA coin has been renamed to Terra Classic (LUNC) and still has a circulating supply of 6.5 trillion LUNC coins.
A Twitter bot account has been set up to track and tweet out the LUNC circulating supply based on Messari data every hour – which is still increasing, so the inflation hasn’t stopped. The inflation rate only slowed down.
The old TerraUSD (UST), now renamed to TerraClassicUSD (USTC), is up over 20% in the past 24 hours, among the top gainers in crypto today and the best performing asset on Bitstamp. Although it is still trading at just under $0.02, still 98% lower than its 1:1 peg with the US dollar.
