For whatever reason, Oppo enjoys making a handful of editions for the N1 model. We currently have the original N1 sporting Android 4.2 Jelly Bean — Color OS based – and the CyanogenMod edition. These two versions though are identical in terms of design whereas this one exhibits some changes on its back.
Oppo announced today the latest version of the handset, the N1 Pepsi edition featuring Pepsi’s colors on the backplate and a mysterious special Pepsi launcher on the top of the OS. The specs of the device are the same like the other two editions; 5.9-inch full HD display, Snapdragon 600 SoC, 2gigs of memory and 13MPix rotating camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The particular model won’t go on sale, though, it’ll be used by Pepsi and Oppo in various competitions or events held by the two companies. The handset can be found in China and Vietnam, with more Asia-based countries to come.
