The Mobile World Congress 2014 will soon be upon us, but it’s not halting leaks and more from being published. @evleaks has posted a list of tech specs for the “One 2” codenamed HTC M8.
According to the tweet, the successor of HTC One will a larger display. Among other things, the One 2 will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor (MSM8974) with updated Adreno 330 GPU, which delivers up to 50% increase in graphics performance compared to its predecessor.
It spots a 5-inch 1080p display, 2GB of RAM, an UltraPixel rear camera (5MP, most likely as One Max) and a 2.1-megapixel front facing camera. In addition to standard connectivity options, it includes Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac.
The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat, but also has HTC’s own Sense 6.0 UI on top, and it will bring a whole roster of new features for 2014. Although, it’s not known yet what will be the changes to the UI.
