Samsung is rumored to be working on the second edition of Galaxy Gear, and yet another wearable, reportedly called as “Galaxy Band.” Reason being we found today’s tweet from the Samsung UK so interesting.
The tweet shows the image of Galaxy Gear, launched in late July 2013 and empty space, asking: “What Next? 2014”
Based on the tweet, we now speculate some wearable device by Samsung, rumored as Galaxy Band. It’s reportedly a health and fitness wristband which can monitor physical conditions, such as pulse and blood pressure.
According to previous reports, the Galaxy Band is likely to debut at MWC in Barcelona, Spain, but maybe Samsung has managed to get the job done.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S5 is also slated for late February or early March launch, alongside the smartwatch, Galaxy Gear 2 during the MWC 2014. It’s believed to be available in two variants: the classic one and the premium, known as Galaxy F. The first is likely to sport 5-inch 1080p display, a quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of native storage, while the latter will feature a fingerprint reader, retina scanner and QHD display with an aluminum jacket.
