The Samsung Galaxy S5 is on sale for Father’s Day at a discount of 50% off the up-front cost of the phone, and it’s a heck of a sale. The new flagship phone, which normally starts at $199.99 on contract, can be now ordered from Amazon for just $99.99.
Three of the biggest US carriers are offering 16GB Galaxy S5 model at a discounted price through Amazon Father’s day Deals. Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon all have cut the price all the way down to $99.99. All you need to sign a new two-year contract in order to take advantage of this deal. If you want to buy without contract, you can get the Galaxy S5 at regular price from the retailer giant too.
The Sprint version is the most expensive at $699.99. The Verizon and AT&T versions are $5 and $15 cheaper, coming in at $695 and $685.
For a quick note, Samsung officially announced the Galaxy S5 February 2014. It sports a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touch screen display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8974-AC Snapdragon 801 processor, 2 GB of RAM, Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system with the latest TouchWiz UI and Adreno 330 GPU.

All three carriers are offering the Galaxy S5 in black and white colors. In addition, the factory unlocked international variant is the least expensive at full price. You can get one starting $589.99 from them in all available colors i.e. black, white, blue and gold. The Galaxy S5 is one of the best Android smartphones available in the market.
Neither the operators nor Amazon have revealed whether it’s a “limited time” sale or permanent deduction in price, so interested customers should check out this deal as soon as possible.
