A few hours ago, an early version of Windows Blue with build number 9364 was leaked over some file sharing websites. The build is believed to be the first Milestone of Windows Blue that includes some minor changes which was originally compiled on March 15th.
According to the Blue update, the Start Screen comes with greater control over the color and background personalization along with four different tile sizes. Microsoft is also making noticeable change to the Charms, with the Device charm now includes new item ‘Play’ that probably stream audio and video content to different devices. Besides, there is a new option to create screenshot of the current view under the Share charm.
The Blue team has also expanded the Settings. It includes all of the necessary settings of the desktop Control Panel – a big relief for the tablet users. Much anticipated Internet Explorer 11 is also included to the update. However, there are hardly any observable changes.
Windows Blue also includes additional Snap Views that allow users to place apps side by side similar to the desktop mode snapping. With this new 50/50 snap view, you can snap up to four apps alongside each other.
There are few changes to some system apps like the calculator and alarm clock as you can see in the other screenshots here
