The Samsung Galaxy S4 has been one of the most awaited smartphones of the year 2013 and the unveiling has finally been done. After the unveiling event, there have been rumors about Samsung working on the ‘mini’ version of its new flagship device which is set for release in the middle of the year.
Similar to the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, we will soon have the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini but this time, with much more power and features as compared to the original model. Even though the company has not officially announced that it will release a mini version of the Galaxy S4, there have been reports that confirm the release of the Galaxy S4 Mini later this year.
And as far as the rumors are concerned, they are not the ones that just come and go. We have been able to see leaked images of what seems to be the prototype of the ‘Galaxy S4 Mini’ along with its possible set of specs. Recently, Bloomberg Businessweek profiled Samsung and in the article, has confirmed the existence of the Galaxy S4 mini.
Bloomberg Businessweek said, “The Galaxy S4 doesn’t come out until late April. It’s fast, has a big, bright screen, and will probably be another huge hit for Samsung, as will the S4 mini that will go on sale soon after.”
Although no details were given out about the sources that provided this information, the article did cover several interviews with Samsung executives and other important people that are a part of Samsung.
Now that we know the S4 Mini is coming, we just need to wait for some more time, just like we did for the original Galaxy S4. We still do not know what specs the S4 Mini will have as there have been two separate rumors that are contrasting to each other. One of them indicates that the S4 Mini will just be a look alike with a standard configuration whereas the other one says that the S4 Mini will have quiet a powerful configuration and also have a lot of features present on the S4.
