If you too are an Akshay Kumar fan, this list will come in handy.
As the superstar turns 55, here is a list of films that one must add to their Bollywood watchlist.
This is a sequel to the 2012 film ‘OMG: Oh My God!’, starring Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal. The first instalment of the satirical comedy-drama, written and directed by Amit Rai, won hearts and is set for the second part after a decade-long wait.
The film will star Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in the lead roles. The makers are yet to announce the release dates.
Akshay Kumar is also gearing up for his next role in the much-awaited ‘Ram Setu’, alongside Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha. The movie is slated to be released on the occasion of Diwali 2022.

The movie tells the story of an archaeologist (played by Kumar) who is trying to find out whether the Ram Setu bridge between India and Sri Lanka is a myth or a reality.
Akshay Kumar is all set to share the screen space with actor Emraan Hashmi in the Raj Mehta-directorial ‘Selfie’. The movie will also feature Nushrratt Bharuccha and Daina Penty.

‘Selfiee’ is an official remake of the 2019 Malayalam film, ‘Driving Licence’, which featured South stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu in pivotal roles.
National Award-winning Tamil film ‘Soorarai Pottru’, starring South superstar Suriya, is all set for its official Hindi remake.

Directed by Sudha Kongara, the Bollywood remake – based on the life of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath – will feature Akshay Kumar and ‘Angrezi Medium’ star Radhika Madan in the lead role. The title and the release date are yet to be announced.
