AT&T has started rolling out the Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 update for the Samsung Galaxy Note. So after so many weeks of waiting, AT&T consumers who are using Samsung Galaxy Note can update their devices to the latest version of Android.

This is definitely a very good news for all Galaxy Note consumers who have been anxiously waiting for the Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 update. The update is finally here and consumers can finally upgrade their devices to Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2. As of now, we know that the update is available through Samsung Kies, but we are not sure whether and when the update will be available over the air. We also suggest that you do not wait for this update, rather go ahead and update your devices using Samsung Kies.

ATT Android Jelly Bean Samsung Galaxy Note

AT&T consumers using the original Samsung Galaxy Note can say goodbye to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and move up to Android Jelly Bean. AT&T has successfully rolled out this long awaited update and in the process, has also defeated the Canadian carrier Rogers.

It was expected that Rogers would be the first to roll out the Android Jelly Bean update for its Samsung Galaxy Note devices, after which AT&T would follow. It so turns out that AT&T was the first to roll out the update and we have not seen any action from Rogers yet.

AT&T said that this new update roll out will start from 3rd of May, but there have consumers who said that the update is already available through Samsung Kies. So if you are an AT&T consumer using a Samsung Galaxy Note smart device, then we suggest you check whether the update is available or not.

In order to do so, you need to plug-in your device into the PC and check whether the update is available or not. Do let us know if you were able to go through the process successfully. Also let us know whether this new Android Jelly Bean is better than the 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich that you have been using.
