AT&T consumers using the original Samsung Galaxy Note can say goodbye to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and move up to Android Jelly Bean. AT&T has successfully rolled out this long awaited update and in the process, has also defeated the Canadian carrier Rogers.
It was expected that Rogers would be the first to roll out the Android Jelly Bean update for its Samsung Galaxy Note devices, after which AT&T would follow. It so turns out that AT&T was the first to roll out the update and we have not seen any action from Rogers yet.
AT&T said that this new update roll out will start from 3rd of May, but there have consumers who said that the update is already available through Samsung Kies. So if you are an AT&T consumer using a Samsung Galaxy Note smart device, then we suggest you check whether the update is available or not.
In order to do so, you need to plug-in your device into the PC and check whether the update is available or not. Do let us know if you were able to go through the process successfully. Also let us know whether this new Android Jelly Bean is better than the 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich that you have been using.
