Leaked specs of the 2015 Moto X points to a 5.2-inch QHD AMOLED Display and Snapdragon 808 chipset, pegged for a launch sometime in September.
The original Moto X was unveiled back in 2013, while its successor the 2014 Moto X was launched in September of 2014. Now a new report has emerged that claims that Motorola is all geared up to launch the device that is a significant upgrade compared to its predecessor.
The report claims that the next Moto X will get a 5.2-inch Quad-HD AMOLED display, a 16 MP camera along with a 5MP front camera. Powering the smartphone would be a Snapdragon 808 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and a 3280mAh battery. There will be 32GB and 64GB storage options and will run on the latest Android 5.1.1 OS with a few in-house software tweaks and features.
However, the above information does not come from an official source, so that readers are advised to take the information with a pinch of salt. The source of information has allegedly come from a Motorola insider who claims to know what the company is brewing with its next flagship.
