Facebook Home is now available for the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One. Two of the most popular next-gen flagship devices are finally getting the Facebook Home app that has been in talks since the time it was showcased on the HTC First.

We have to admit, Facebook’s new home on Android, Facebook Home is quiet impressive and it actually becomes a part of your operating system giving you the ultimate Facebook experience. This is what Facebook says, but a lot of consumers do not seem to be much impressed by or attracted to Facebook Home. The app is really good, but we believe that it still has to go a long way before becoming one of the best things launched by Facebook after Facebook itself.

Coming back to Facebook Home on the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One, a report from Android Central says that Facebook Home can now be used on these two devices without any issues. The report said that after an update to the official Facebook app (not Facebook Home app), both these smartphones are able to run the launcher.

Consumers on the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be greeted with a popup message which will ask you to ‘Use Home Anyway.’ Go ahead and do so because everything will work just fine. Consumers on the HTC One will not get such a popup message. After installing Facebook Home, you will be able to use the app without any problems.

Last but not the least, Android Central also reported that Facebook Home also works on the Sony Xperia ZL. So if you have a Sony Xperia ZL, you should now be able to run the launcher without any issues. So if you own a Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One or Sony Xperia ZL, be sure to check whether there are any updates available for the official Facebook app and the Facebook Home app.
