Latest reports indicate that a white colored LG Nexus 4 smartphone was spotted at the Google I/O event. The smartphone was not actually unveiled at the event, rather people attending the event spotted the device at the venue. This new smartphone was the exact same LG Nexus 4 that is available in the market today, the only difference was that the device was White in color.

Even though Google did not unveil the Nexus 5, the new Nexus 7 or the Google X Phone at the event, we did get to see two new smartphones (so to say). The first one was the stock Samsung Galaxy S4 and the second one would be the white Nexus 4. Many people checked out the device first hand and reported that the device was exactly the same as the original Nexus 4.

So between the white and the black Nexus 4, part from the color there is no difference whatsoever. Even the spec and features of both these smartphones are exactly the same. If you were expecting this new white Nexus 4 to have LTE support, then I am sorry to say this, but the device does not have it.

Another interesting fact is that the device was running on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. It was being said that this Nexus 4 would be the first smartphone to showoff the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system, but this did not happen, at least not for now.

This new Nexus 4 looks exactly the same from the front, whereas the back panel is white in color. There is no information available about the pricing and official release date of the white Nexus 4, but be sure to check back as we will have an update for you.
