The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean version has been spotted at the Thailand Mobile Expo 2013. This new version of Jelly Bean, Android 4.3 was running on a Google Nexus 4 device. There is also a video on YouTube which shows this Nexus 4 device and the new features that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean brings along.

We all know that Google did not unveil the next-gen Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie operating system at the Google I/O event this year. We also know that Google has good reasons for doing so, and the company planned to go for Android 4.3 Jelly Bean instead. However at the event, Google did not officially announce Android 4.3 Jelly Bean either.

Now, something interesting has happened at the Thailand Mobile Expo 2013 this year. A user on the XDA Developers forums spotted a Nexus 4 at the event that was running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, and there is also a video on YouTube which shows this device in action.

So even though Google has not made it official, we assume that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update will be coming out soon. Interestingly, some other reports claim that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean will be launched on the 10th of June alongside a new white version of Google Nexus 4 which was showcased at the Google I/O event.

At the Google I/O event, the company did come up with a number of changes and improvements to the Android operating system. The list was big enough and good enough to make up for a major upgrade to the system and hence a newer version of Android. So let us wait and watch as the Google Nexus 4 gets launched on June 10th, will it be running on Android 4.3? we will soon find out.
