Good news! Samsung has officially announced the next smartphone in the Galaxy Ace series, the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3. After a number of rumors and leaked images, Samsung finally raised the curtains and unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 to the world.
After the Samsung Galaxy S3 and the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, even the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 has a successor – the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3. This new smartphone is available in three different variants namely GT-S7270 which is the standard single SIM version, the GT-S7272 which is the dual-SIM version and lastly GT-S7275 which is the LTE version.
The Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 is a mid-segment smartphone that offers 3G and LTE options to consumers. The device has a 4.0-inch TFT touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The device is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor, standard GPU and 1GB of RAM. The device comes with 4GB of internal storage space and a microSD card support using which you can expand storage by up to 32GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 also has a decent 5MP primary camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera. Similar to other latest Samsung devices, the Galaxy Ace 3 will also run on the latest version of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Other important features include Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, HSDPA 14.4 Mbps, HSUPA 5.76 Mbps and 1500 mAh battery. It would have been better if Samsung would have used a higher capacity battery, considering that the device has a 4-inch display.
The dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 are 121.2 × 62.7 × 9.8 mm, and as of now there is no official information available about the weight. We do know that the Galaxy Ace 3 will have a number of smart functions which will benefit consumers. These features include the S Translator, S Travel, S Voice, Smart Stay and Easy Mode.
