HTC Desire 200 is powered by a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM and has a 1400 mAh battery, though there is no dedicated GPU present in the device.
Specs and Images of the soon to be released HTC Desire 200 have been leaked on the Internet ahead of official announcement. It seems that HTC will soon be releasing another mid-segment smartphone in the HTC Desire series, and now we know quite a lot about the same.
The HTC Desire is definitely not a smartphone that everyone would want to wait for, but there definitely is a wide user base that would find this smartphone to be what they want, or at least similar to what they want. This new smartphone from HTC, the HTC Desire 200 has a design similar to other HTC smartphones already present in the market. So as far as the design is concerned, there is nothing much to be amazed about.
Now coming to the part that everyone is always interested in, the hardware configuration. The HTC Desire 200 does have a decent hardware configuration, but when you compare it to the mid-segment smartphones being launched by Samsung, the Desire seems to be a low-end device instead. The HTC Desire 200 has a 3.5-inch LCD display with a resolution of 320×480 pixels.
The device is powered by a 1GHz processor and has 512MB of RAM, though there is no dedicated GPU present in the device. Consumers will be able to get 4GB of internal storage space, out of which a hefty percentage will be used by the operating system on which the Desire 200 is expected to run – the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The device also has a microSD card support using which you can expand storage. The device has a 1400 mAh battery, which should just be sufficient enough to provide a decent backup.
As of now, there is no official information available about the pricing and the date on which the device will be available. We expect HTC to make an official announcement soon.
