Sony Xperia SP M35t announced in China, the first TD-LTE device

Sony has officially announced the Sony Xperia SP M35t, the first TD-LTE smartphone that will be available through China Mobile. China Mobile owns the TD-LTE technology segment and will soon start offering the Sony Xperia SP which will allow high speed network access to consumers.

Similar to the original version of the device, the Sony Xperia SP (M35t) has a 4.6-inch touchscreen display with a 720p resolution. The touchscreen on this device is of real good quality and works excellent with gloves as well. The company has not yet given out any other information about the specs and features that will be present on this new device. We do know that it will have NFC and the illuminating transparent element that has already become popular.

We also think that the Sony Xperia SP M35t will also run on a MediaTek SoC similar to the Sony Xperia C S39h that has been officially announced for China Unicom. However, we will have to wait for Sony to officially give out the details, which includes price and availability.
