HTC One Mini will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor with a minimum clock frequency of 384MHz and maximum of 1.4GHz, an Adreno 305 GPU and a HD display with resolution of 1280x720 pixels.
HTC One Mini has just appeared on GFXBench website, which reveals the technical specifications and 3D graphics performance of the device. Although, this has not yet officially confirmed by the Taiwanese manufacturer.
According to the benchmarking website, the upcoming HTC One Mini will be a mid-range smartphone and a direct competitor to Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini that has already been announced by the Korean manufacturer.
The HTC One Mini is internally known as HTC M4 that will run the Android 4.2.2 out of the box. The M4 will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor with a minimum clock frequency of 384MHz and maximum of 1.4GHz, an Adreno 305 GPU and a HD display with resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The amount of RAM is not known at the moment, but it is expected to sport a 2GB of RAM.
When it comes to 3D graphics performance, the HTC One Mini performs 60-70% lower than the top range HTC One, however It looks good according to the provided hardware specifications
According to the previous rumors, HTC One Mini will run Android 4.2.2 overlaid with HTC’s own Sense 5.0 interface. It will have a four megapixel Ultrapixel camera, a 16GB of internal storage — expandable up to 64GB with microSD card and a strong 1700mAh battery.
The rest of the specifications of HTC One Mini are still remain unknown, however further leaks may reveal more information in next few weeks since the official announcement is expected sometime in August.
