After numerous rumors, HTC has finally unveiled “HTC One Mini”, a compact version of the acclaimed and award winning HTC One. The smartphone is designed to meet the needs of those who want a powerful product that fits perfectly in your pocket.

HTC One Mini recalls the great design of its elder brother and will be sold in silver and black colors. The shell is made of aluminum, and the smartphone is characterized by a slim profile in general with tapered edges that particularly make it elegant and comfortable to touch at the same time.

In fact, in addition to retain design, HTC One Mini also comes with a number of features that have made their debut on the top range devices such as HTC BlinkFeed, Zoe, BoomSound speakers and Ultrapixel type camera for great looking pictures. The HTC One Mini measures 132×63.2×9.25mm, so it’s smaller and thinner than a few millimeters compared to its elder brother. It also weighs about 20 grams less.

On the technical side, the HTC One Mini includes the same hardware as the HTC One but has a 4.3-inch display with 720p, a dual core 1.5 GHz processor and absence of NFC connectivity. However, the 4 megapixel Ultrapixel camera as well as support for 3G & 4G LTE networks remain same. It runs the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean overlaid with HTC Sense 5.0.

HTC One Mini will be available from August in select markets such as the UK and Germany followed by the rest of the world from September.

However, the price has yet to be revealed, but it would be certainly more affordable than the HTC One. In general, the smartphone may attract the interest of those who want a beautiful and powerful device, with all the all the latest technologies and features.
