An important update for consumers who have are interested in the recently unveiled Nokia Lumia 625. The Nokia Lumia 625 will be available in UK starting from September, and is expected to go on sale with no time intervening.

Certainly it’s  good news for Windows Phone fans in the UK the first ever budget friendly, 4.7-inch Nokia Lumia 625 is coming soon! The device will be available on contracts by a majority of carriers, including EE, Vodafone and O2. The device will also go on sale SIM free, but no details yet on availability.

The Lumia 625 happens to be the biggest Windows Phone smartphone from Nokia, sporting a 4.7-inch WVGA display with a 480 x 800 pixel resolution. The device features the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, standard GPU and 2GB of RAM. The device has an in-built storage of 8GB, but one can expand storage capacity up to 64GB using the microSD card slot present on the device.

The Lumia 625 has a 5MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash, and a front facing VGA camera. The device has a decent 2000mAh battery and will be available in a variety of colors such as Orange, Yellow, Bright Green, Black, and White.

Nokia already clarified that the unlocked version of Nokia Lumia 625 would cost 220 Euros, but hadn’t given out details about the subsidized prices. It now depends on the various carriers who might end up putting different price tags on the Lumia 625 along with contracts.
