Rumors have been murmuring about HTC One Max for some time. Recently, ePrice a Taiwanese site got its hands on alleged images of the HTC One Max that is expected to be the new flagship device of HTC.

Previously, a leaked document from UK based carrier O2 revealed some information about the HTC One Max. In fact, it was the first leak that informed us about this new large screen device. The leaked images claim to showcase the HTC One Max, a phablet device that could be a much bigger in size than the HTC One.

Considering that these images are legit, the HTC One Max looks identical to the HTC One. However, we can recognize these two devices separately due to differences between various parts, overall size and dimensions.

The website also claims, the HTC One Max will have a 5.9-inch full HD display with a 1080p resolution. The phablet will be powered by a high frequency 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, dedicated GPU and 2GB of RAM. The phablet is also expected to have 3200mAh battery that should be able to provide a decent battery backup.

The specs sheet boasted by ePrice happens to be the one applicable for the Chinese version of HTC One Max. The specs sheet includes support for dual-SIM support and microSD card, and two important features that might available only for emerging markets.

ePrice also claimed that the HTC One Max would run on Android 5.0, feature a fingerprint sensor and would be unveiled next month at the IFA event. This is quite difficult to accept as statement seems to be self-contradictory. Although the HTC One Max might make an appearance at the same time as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
