Get ready for Nokia’s new stuff. In two weeks, Nokia will launch two new products at a special event on September 26.
First and foremost, we’re expecting a new flagship smartphone – likely called the Lumia 1520. The famous leaker @evleaks on Twitter has hinted the Nokia Lumia 1520 launch on September 26. The smartphone will reportedly house Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, contain a high-end PureView camera, and feature a massive six-inch FullHD display, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage, and a microSD card slot.
Nokia Lumia 1520 will be among the first devices running Windows Phone 8 GDR3. The new phablet is likely to come on AT&T in the United States, while there are no details about pricing and a possible release date on AT&T or other carriers worldwide.
In addition to new Lumia smartphone, Nokia is also expected to introduce its first tablet codenamed “Sirius” – based on Windows RT that sports a Quad-core Qualcomm processor, a 10.1-inch Full HD IPS screen with outdoor readability, 6.7 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, unique companion experiences with Nokia apps, 4G LTE connectivity and a battery — capable to keep lights on up to 10 hours.
There has been no shortage of leaks lately surrounding new devices, but this morning we just received the first image of Nokia’s Windows RT tablet through which you can take a sneak preview to the look and design.
Along with a stunning and beautiful Lumia design, the image reveals some sorts of information. Sadly, we have rather large bezels on the top and bottom, measuring almost same as side bezels. According to WinSupersite.com, the tablet will weigh around 580 grams and cost $499.
In late September, Nokia may unveil this tablet, alongside the rumored Nokia Lumia 1520. The company recently acquired by Microsoft hasn’t confirmed the rumors yet.
Meanwhile, Microsoft will also announce the second-generation of Surface tablets, namely Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2 at a launch event on September 23rd.
