Heartstopper soundtrack: Every song in Netflix's LGBTQ+ drama – RadioTimes

The track list includes some heartfelt love songs.
Charlie and Nick’s love story in Netflix’s new teen drama Heartstopper has stolen the hearts of audiences around the world.
Based on Alice Oseman’s comic and graphic novel of the same name, the LGBTQ+ series follows a blossoming romance between schoolboys Charlie Spring (newcomer Joe Locke) and Nick Nelson (Rocketman's Kit Connor), and has gained plenty of traction for its positive depiction of LGBTQ+ relationships.
But that’s not the only thing that has captured fans' attention, with the series also boasting a stellar soundtrack, which includes plenty of romantic numbers and iconic queer anthems.
Among the songs on the soundtrack are Girl in Red, Orla Gartland and Baby Queen, the latter of whom has released a new single called Colours of You for the series.
What's more, Want Me by Baby Queen is the series' first song, which plays right in the opening scene of the first episode.
Baby Queen previously shared images on her Instagram account with the Heartstopper cast, writing in the caption: “This story is so important. The first thing I thought when I went in to watch the first three episodes… was that I wish I’d been able to watch a show like this when I was younger, because it would have made a difference to the way I looked at myself and my own sexuality. But I am so happy that it exists now.”
Read on for an extensive list of the songs in Heartstopper's first season.
