Hiring teams use pre-employment assessment software to evaluate candidates, but the right fit depends on the assessments and process you need to support. Compared on assessment types, coding assessments, custom assessments, proctoring, and candidate limits, the options offer several dimensions to consider. Geektastic, TestGorilla, and CodeSignal are among the named tools to compare for assessment needs.
