About

Baresto Manager is a restaurant system that brings QR menus, waiter ordering, kitchen display, cashier tasks, and reports into one locally run product. Staff can manage tables and floor plans, enter mobile orders, send items to the kitchen, mark deliveries, and close tables with payment. Its kitchen display organizes tickets by table, supports dish status updates and kitchen, bar, and grill filters, and provides real-time alerts. Guests can view menus in Greek or English, check allergens and availability, call a waiter, and use table-specific or shared QR codes. Managers can review revenue, order, and top-item reports and export them as CSV. Password and four-digit PIN logins are available for admin, manager, waiter, kitchen, and cashier roles. Cashiers can take cash or card payment and print receipts. Daily service works over venue LAN or Wi-Fi without always-on internet; internet is needed for downloads and updates. The software runs locally on port 8765 and is open source under MIT, with no license fee or SaaS subscription.

Who it is for
