About
PlayRez combines court-club management with tournament hosting for tennis, pickleball, badminton, and padel. Members can reserve courts against real-time availability, and clubs get a branded booking page at playrez.com/your-club. Clubs can schedule one-time or recurring events such as clinics and open play, collect signups online, and use waitlists that notify and move the next person forward after a cancellation. For payments, clubs connect a Stripe account; PlayRez charges no platform fee, while Stripe processing fees apply. Tournament tools cover round robin, single elimination, double elimination, and Swiss formats, with live scores and schedules. Each tournament can include up to 256 players or teams, and DUPR export is supported. A Free club plan allows up to two courts and 100 monthly reservations. Plus costs $35.00 USD per month and includes unlimited courts and monthly reservations, apps for iOS and Android, memberships, waivers, events, analytics, and priority support. Tournament hosting is free, with $1 deducted per paid signup; free tournaments cost nothing.
Who it is for
It suits clubs managing court reservations, events, memberships, and communities, as well as organizers who want to host tournaments without running a club. Clubs that need more than two courts or 100 monthly reservations can consider Plus.
