What “Copyright-Free” Means For An AI Tune
“Copyright-free” can mean that you do not claim exclusive copyright, or that you have permission to use the music in a project. Those are different questions. An AI-generated tune may lack copyright protection in the United States, but a platform’s terms can still set conditions for using its output. A paid commercial license does not by itself make you the human author of music generated entirely by AI.

Create And Refine The Tune
- Set the use and shape. Decide where the tune will play, such as a video opening or a personal notification. Pick a mood, a small set of instruments, and a simple arc: a clear opening, a memorable melody, and a clean ending. Treat any target duration as an editing goal; the available product details do not establish duration controls.
- Write an original prompt. Describe the musical ingredients and structure rather than naming a song or performer. For example: “Create an original, instrumental tune for a cheerful video opening. Stems can help you adjust the generated parts separately. Keep your own edits and the original output available so you can tell which musical choices you made.
- Check the license before sharing. Confirm the terms that apply to your account and intended use on Soundverse’s site. The directory lists commercial licenses for Creator & Pro, but does not establish their detailed scope. Do not use another person’s voice, recording, or composition without consent and permission; platform terms and permission from the relevant rights holder still matter.
Keep A Simple Creation Record
