About

Icon Training is an AI personal trainer marketplace where users choose an athlete, coach or fitness creator for personalized training and guidance. Plans reflect a user's goals, experience, schedule, equipment and the selected Icon's methods. On-demand guidance informed by that coaching approach is described as available 24/7. Users can log workouts, follow a programme and track progress; training may adjust to performance, recovery, consistency and changes in plans. The app also includes nutrition tracking and personalized meal recommendations aligned with fitness goals. Optional, read-only connections to Apple Health/HealthKit and Google Health Connect can provide steps, heart rate, exercise sessions and sleep data. Chat messages and relevant fitness context are sent to Google Gemini through Google AI Studio and Vertex AI; the policy says Google does not use this data to train its foundation models. Subscriptions cost 26.99 USD per month or 132.99 USD per year and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Icon Training runs on Android, iOS and the web and is not intended for users under 16.
