Overview

Anymail Finder is an email discovery and verification service for finding professional addresses by person, company, role or LinkedIn URL. It best suits teams that need those lookups inside existing sales and data workflows. Its strongest proposition is paying credits only for addresses that pass live verification, though usage rates differ by task and verified business contacts may be retained for other customers.

Key features

Search, verification and bulk work

Searches can start with a name, domain, company, decision-maker role or LinkedIn URL. CSV and Excel uploads support up to 100,000 rows, making the service suitable for large list jobs as well as individual prospecting. The live-verification billing rule limits the cost of unsuccessful searches: a search with no verified address is free.

Credit use is not uniform. A verified person or company email costs one credit, a verified decision-maker email costs two, and checking an email for verification costs 0.2 credits. Teams that mix prospecting with separate verification should budget around those different rates rather than treating every result as one credit.

API, extension and integrations

The REST API supports synchronous individual searches and bulk jobs delivered by webhook, with no rate limits stated by the maker. That combination suits both request-and-response use and larger automated jobs. The Chrome extension finds verified addresses while browsing and draws from the same account and credits as the web app and API, so it adds convenience rather than a separate allowance.

Integrations include Google Sheets, MCP clients such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, Zapier, Make, n8n and Clay. The maker reports that its benchmark of 5,000 B2B contacts using 14 tools found verified emails for 86.4% of contacts at 98.9% accuracy; those figures are the maker's benchmark, not a guarantee for every list.

Pricing

The paid plans begin at 29.00 USD per month for 400 credits per month. That entry tier suits smaller workloads, but its allowance is consumed faster by decision-maker lookups, which cost two credits each. Anymail Finder also offers a free plan and a free trial; no free-plan cap or trial length is stated.

Yearly, 12k credits	588.00 USD per year	12k credits per year; $0.032 per credit; save $204	More predictable annual use

Subscription credits roll over while the subscription remains active; after cancellation, they expire at the end of the billing period. One-time pack credits last 12 months. Unlimited team members can share a credit pool without per-seat pricing, which is useful for cross-functional teams but makes monitoring shared consumption important. The cheaper tiers give up volume and have higher stated per-credit rates; larger plans lower that rate, but make sense only if the team can use the allowance.

Platforms

Anymail Finder offers web, API and Chrome extension workflows. Its API, bulk upload and listed integrations give developers and data teams several ways to fit discovery into existing processes; the shared credit pool keeps those workflows under one allowance.

Who it's for

The maker names sales and RevOps teams, recruiters, agencies, founders, developers and data teams as its audience. It is a strong fit for groups that value verified rather than merely returned addresses, need bulk processing, or want API and spreadsheet automation. Teams with strict limits on reuse of contact data should weigh the privacy terms carefully.

Pros and cons

Result-based billing: credits are charged only for emails that pass live verification, and searches with no verified email are free.
Fits varied workflows: web, API, extension, large CSV or Excel uploads and multiple named integrations support both manual and automated work.
No per-seat charge: unlimited members share one credit pool, avoiding seat-based cost growth.
Variable credit costs: decision-maker searches use twice the credits of standard person or company results, complicating estimates for role-focused prospecting.
Contact-data reuse: verified business contact information may be retained in a shared database and returned to other customers, a material consideration for teams with tighter data-sharing expectations.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, see Email Finder Software or B2B Contact Data Providers.

Datagma is worth considering if a free plan with 90 emails and 3 phones per month, one seat, API access and WhatsApp integration better fits a small workload.
Hunter may suit teams that want a free tier with 50 monthly credits, Basic Discover filters and one connected email account.
Kaspr offers a per-user free plan with 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits per month, so it is an option for limited individual use.
Snov.io may fit teams that want a trial including 50 credits, 100 recipients and one email warm-up slot.
SalesQL is an alternative for teams that can work within a free allowance of 50 credits per month, one seat and 100 campaign recipients per month.
Skrapp.io offers a free plan with 50 credits and one user, for limited lead search.
GetEmail.io is an API-only alternative with a free allowance of 10 credits per month and CSV download.
GetProspect has a free plan with 50 valid emails and 100 email verifications, which may suit teams prioritizing a small free allowance for both tasks.

Verdict

Anymail Finder is the right choice for teams that need verified business email discovery across bulk, API and browser workflows, especially when charging only for successful results matters. Its shared, no-seat credit pool and broad integration options strengthen the case. Look elsewhere if the variable credit rates make budgeting difficult or the reuse of verified business contact information conflicts with your data expectations.
