Overview

Founded in 2013, Beamery links skills and task intelligence with workforce data to help businesses make talent decisions and carry them into recruiting. Its central proposition is the combination of longer-range workforce planning with tools for executing recruitment, rather than a standalone applicant tracking product. That breadth can suit complex organizations, but it also makes product scope and subscription limits important buying questions.

Key features

Planning and recruiting execution

The Workforce Intelligence Suite models possible changes, anticipates talent risks, and identifies automation opportunities. The execution suite spans job design and calibration, sourcing and matching, Talent CRM, talent marketing, events and campus recruiting, career sites and chatbot, and talent analytics. Bringing these functions together may help connect workforce priorities to recruiting activity; buyers should establish which products and features their subscription includes.

AI and integrations

Beamery says its Ray advisor gives context-aware recommendations with transparent reasoning to support decisions and speed workflows. It offers certified integrations with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, plus public APIs and custom integrations. Its partner directory also includes ADP, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Oracle Taleo, SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn CRM Connect, and Indeed Recruiter Extension. This integration range is relevant for enterprises fitting talent software into an established HR stack, though the need for custom integration may add implementation work.

Security and support

Beamery says it has been ISO 27001-certified since 2020 and receives an annual SOC 2 Type 2 report. It describes TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit, AES 256 encryption at rest, SAML 2.0 single sign-on, customer data storage in the US or EU according to customer preference, and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Support includes knowledge articles and training, request submission for signed-in users, and advisory, implementation, and ongoing services for workforce transformation projects.

Pricing

Enterprise subscription

Beamery is paid software with custom pricing. Subscription fees can depend on contacts, email sends, users, products, and additional features; limits may apply to active contacts, users, and monthly emails. That model lets sales scope a broad enterprise deployment, but teams cannot assess cost or capacity without discussing their expected usage and required products with sales. There is no stated trial or free plan.

The platform supports talent pools, email sequences, and a sourcing browser extension. Reporting is custom. These capabilities do not establish a standard seat count or email allowance, so recruiting teams should confirm the applicable quotas and reporting scope before committing.

Platforms

Beamery is available on web and through an API. The API and integration options matter for teams connecting it with existing systems; the primary interface is web-based.

Who it's for

Beamery is aimed at global enterprises and presents solutions for executives, HR leaders, recruiters, and candidate engagement. It is a stronger fit for organizations linking workforce planning to recruiting across multiple functions than for smaller teams wanting a simple, fixed-price tool for one hiring workflow. The implementation and advisory services may be useful when a workforce transformation project needs support, but the custom subscription makes upfront budget comparison harder.

Pros and cons

Pros

Planning and execution in one platform: scenario modeling and talent-risk analysis sit alongside recruiting, CRM, marketing, and analytics capabilities, aligning with enterprises coordinating workforce change and hiring.
Multiple routes into an established HR stack: certified Workday and SAP SuccessFactors integrations complement public APIs, custom integrations, and a broader partner directory.
Enterprise controls and service options: Beamery describes encryption, SSO, US or EU data storage, an uptime SLA, and implementation and ongoing support services.

Cons

Cost and usage are harder to forecast: custom pricing and potential limits on contacts, users, and monthly emails require sales confirmation before buyers can size a deployment.
Broad scope may be unnecessary for focused teams: organizations that only need one recruiting function may not benefit from a combined planning and execution suite.
Reporting is custom: teams should confirm the reporting scope they need rather than assume a standard level.

Verdict

Choose Beamery when a global organization needs workforce planning and recruiting execution connected in one system, and can work with a sales-scoped subscription and implementation process. Its breadth, integration routes, and enterprise controls are the case for choosing it. Look elsewhere if predictable upfront pricing or a focused recruiting workflow matters more than connecting talent planning to execution.
