Overview

Adversus is a cloud-based platform for outbound sales teams that need dialing, lead handling, appointment scheduling and campaign workflows in one system. It is best suited to call centers and teams booking B2B meetings that can work within a three-license minimum. Its broad dialing and reporting toolkit is balanced by a paid Agent license requirement and extra charges for AI usage.

Key features

Teams can choose predictive, progressive or manual outbound dialing, or combine modes to suit a campaign. Power dialing, predictive dialing, voicemail drop, call queues and local presence support common outbound workflows; inbound calling, transfers, local numbers, email and SMS extend the system beyond outbound calls. That breadth is useful for teams coordinating several communication steps, though dialer access depends on an Agent license.

Lead management includes validation, duplicate checks, custom data fields and automatic deletion of expired leads. These controls help teams keep campaign lists usable and current. Appointment scheduling and workflow automation round out the lead-to-meeting process.

Dashboards and reports track KPIs across teams, users, campaigns and projects, giving managers several ways to review performance. Quality Assistance transcribes, summarizes and analyzes calls in multiple languages, but its AI add-ons are token-based and cost extra. Integrations include beta Zapier, Slack, and IntraManager Work and Board. Adversus lists ISO, SOC-2 and GDPR credentials, states 99.97% service uptime, and advertises free 24/7 phone, chat and email support.

Pricing

The Adversus plan costs 152.00 EUR per month, billed annually. The quoted example is €1,520 per month for 10 users. A minimum of three licenses applies, and teams with 10 or more users receive a 10% discount, rising to 20% at 20+ and 30% at 30+. Unlimited calls in the EU and US are included. The annual commitment and minimum seat count make this a more substantial starting point than a small-team dialer; budget separately for token-based AI and the paid Agent license needed for dialer access.

Teams of 50 or more can request custom pricing for tailored enterprise packages, which include a dedicated CSM, advanced onboarding, custom integrations and custom SLAs. Insights and Calendar licenses are free but view-limited, so they do not replace paid Agent seats for dialer users.

Platforms

Adversus is available through the web and an API. That combination suits teams working in a browser or connecting systems programmatically; it does not cover a broader set of native desktop or mobile platforms.

Who it's for

Adversus is a strong fit for outbound operations that need dialing modes, lead validation, appointment workflows and campaign-level reporting together. Its license minimum and annual pricing are harder to justify for a small team or a buyer seeking an inexpensive, flexible entry point. Teams that need AI call analysis should also account for usage-based add-on costs.

Pros and cons

Pros: Multiple dialing modes and campaign tools cover outbound calling, lead management and appointment workflows in one platform.
Pros: Reporting can be organized by team, user, campaign or project, giving managers useful options for KPI review.
Pros: Free 24/7 support and stated 99.97% uptime provide operational support for teams relying on the service.
Cons: The three-license minimum and annual billing raise the commitment for smaller teams.
Cons: Dialer use requires a paid Agent license, while AI analysis adds token-based costs.
Cons: Zapier is beta, and the stated integration set is limited to a few named services.

Verdict

Choose Adversus if an outbound team wants a single platform for dialing, lead workflows, scheduling and KPI reporting, and can support the three-license minimum and annual billing. The main reason to look elsewhere is cost structure: dialer access needs a paid Agent license, and AI analysis adds token charges on top of the subscription.
