Overview

AdvisorPitch is proposal software for advisors, consultants, agencies, suppliers and other service businesses. It suits teams that want proposal drafting, audio-to-brief workflows, engagement tracking and browser-based signatures in one product. Its strongest case is connecting those steps; the trade-off is a paid entry plan capped at 25 proposals a month and one included seat.

Key features

AI drafting turns engagement details or uploaded source material into a proposal with an executive summary, scope, deliverables, milestones and pricing. That gives teams a structured first draft rather than a finished client-ready document: reviewers still need to check that scope and pricing match the engagement.

InstaBrief adds an audio route into that workflow. It can record or accept uploaded audio, transcribe the conversation, create an engagement brief and use it to draft a proposal. This is useful when client conversations are a better starting point than a blank form, but its monthly audio allowance is a real plan-selection constraint.

Proposal insights cover opens and page-by-page engagement, alongside AI win-probability scores, win-pattern insights and suggested next actions. These signals can help teams decide when to follow up, though the product’s description does not establish how predictive the scores are.

Clients sign in a browser, and a sealed PDF is automatically sent to both parties on every plan. That makes signatures part of the proposal flow rather than a separate paid-plan feature. The reusable content library can support repeatable proposals, while e-signatures are included even at the entry tier.

Pro and Enterprise add HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho CRM syncing, QuickBooks and Stripe invoicing on signature, plus connections to other apps through webhooks and Zapier. AdvisorPitch’s API webhooks use signed POST requests for proposal-opened, signed, sent and expired events, with HMAC-SHA256 verification. This is a useful integration surface for teams extending their stack, while the named CRM and invoicing integrations require a higher plan.

The privacy policy describes TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting and regular security reviews. It also says personal information is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. Stripe processes billing; AdvisorPitch says it does not store card numbers.

Pricing

AdvisorPitch is paid, with no free plan. All listed prices are billed monthly.

Plan	Price	Included	Best fit
Starter	62.00 USD per month	1 seat, 25 proposals per month and 2 InstaBrief trial recordings	Solo users with modest proposal volume
Pro	104.00 USD per month	1 seat, unlimited proposals and 5 audio hours per month; extra seats are $75 per seat per month	Solo operators with steady volume and CRM or invoicing needs
Enterprise	199.00 USD per month	Minimum 25 seats, 1 seat included and 20 audio hours per month; extra seats are $39 per seat per month	Larger teams able to meet the seat minimum

Starter includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, and trial accounts include one InstaBrief recording. Extra InstaBrief audio hours cost $6 each. Starter’s proposal cap and smaller audio allowance make it the least expensive way in, but teams exceeding 25 proposals a month need Pro or Enterprise. Pro removes the proposal cap, though its per-seat charge makes it less attractive for growing teams; Enterprise lowers the additional-seat rate but requires a 25-seat minimum. Pro includes priority email support, while Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager. The product states integration or API questions can be sent to support@advisorpitch.com.

Platforms

AdvisorPitch identifies Android, iOS, web and API as platforms. Its homepage marks App Store and Google Play availability as coming soon, while its privacy policy describes iOS and Android applications. Teams choosing primarily on mobile access should confirm that availability meets their needs before committing.

Who it's for

AdvisorPitch is best suited to service businesses that produce proposals repeatedly and want to connect client conversation capture, proposal creation, engagement signals and signatures. It is a better fit for a solo practitioner than a multi-seat operation at Starter, and for integration-heavy teams only if Pro or Enterprise fits their volume and budget. It is less compelling for occasional proposal writers or teams that need a free tier.

Pros and cons

Pros

Audio transcription can feed directly into an engagement brief and proposal draft, reducing the gap between a client conversation and a structured proposal.
Browser signatures and automatic sealed-PDF delivery are included on every plan, rather than reserved for higher tiers.
Pro and Enterprise combine named CRM and invoicing integrations with verified webhooks and Zapier connections.
Pro removes proposal-volume limits, giving high-volume solo users a clear step up from Starter.

Cons

There is no free plan, and Starter stops at 25 proposals per month.
Only one seat is included on Starter and Pro; Pro’s $75 monthly charge for each extra seat can raise the cost quickly.
Enterprise’s lower additional-seat rate comes with a minimum of 25 seats, making it a poor fit for smaller teams.
Mobile-store availability is marked as coming soon on the homepage, creating uncertainty for teams that depend on mobile apps.

Alternatives

AI Proposal Generators is a useful category comparison for teams focused on AI-assisted proposal drafting; Proposal Software broadens the comparison to proposal workflows generally.

Pick The Decent Proposal if a free, local-first drafting workflow with manual steps matters more than AdvisorPitch’s audio briefing and tracking. Proposify is another paid option with a free trial; its Basic plan costs 29.00 USD per month, includes 10 sends per month and unlimited documents, with a $0.50 per-send overage.

Handoff is an alternative for teams comparing proposal tools with broader platform coverage; its Flex plan is 119.00 USD per month billed annually and includes 50 AI usage credits per month, one custom pricing catalog and two users. Consider Smart Pricing Table when a two-user plan with Stripe payments and Claude plus ChatGPT integration is a closer match: its Team plan is 99.00 USD per month and includes 35 proposals a month.

Socket, Effie, FirstSlate and Propo are also alternatives. FirstSlate’s free plan includes five active projects and three clients; Propo’s free plan includes three AI proposals a month. Effie has a free plan, while Socket is a paid option.

Verdict

Choose AdvisorPitch if proposal work starts in client conversations and your team values a single flow from audio brief through engagement tracking to signed PDF. The combination is its clearest advantage. Look elsewhere if you need a free plan, predictable low-cost seats for a growing team, or confirmed mobile-store access today.
