Overview

Agile CRM combines contact and deal management, marketing campaigns, and helpdesk tools in one platform. That breadth can reduce the need to coordinate separate systems, but it also makes plan limits important: teams should compare their contact volume and daily API demand with the tier caps before relying on it as a central system. The product launched in 2013.

Paid plans carry a stated 99.5% uptime guarantee. The privacy policy describes confidential handling of customer and lead information and SSL encryption in transit, but is marked effective up to May 24, 2018. Businesses with current privacy-policy requirements should check that the policy meets them before entrusting it with customer data.

Key features

Sales management: Contact and deal management, lead scoring, appointment scheduling, telephony, and sales reporting cover a broad set of sales workflows. A visual pipeline helps teams track deals, while email sync connects email activity to the CRM. Two-way email integration is included with Starter.
Marketing: Campaign automation, email campaigns and tracking, landing pages, web engagement, and mobile marketing provide more than contact storage. Free includes marketing automation and email tracking; Starter adds two-way email integration, while Enterprise allows unlimited campaign workflows.
Customer service: Helpdesk ticketing includes groups, labels, canned responses, views, activities, and reports. Helpdesk is part of the Free plan, so teams can begin with sales, marketing, and support workflows without paying, subject to its 1,000-contact cap.
Integrations and developer access: Agile CRM lists integrations including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zendesk, HelpScout, and LiveHelpNow. Developer resources include REST and language APIs, webhooks, and single sign-on integration. Daily API-call limits rise by plan, from 500 on Free to 25,000 on Enterprise.
Mobile and support: Android and iOS apps support tasks such as managing contacts, sending campaigns, and making calls. Support options include email support 24/5, weekday phone support, scheduled calls, and weekly training workshops.

Pricing

Agile CRM has a free plan and three paid tiers. The monthly prices below are per the listed terms; the plan details also show how contact capacity and API allowance scale.

Plan	Price	Includes and limits
Free	0.00 USD per free	Up to 10 users; 1,000 contacts and companies; unlimited deals, tasks, and documents; email tracking, marketing automation, and helpdesk; 500 API calls per day.
Starter	8.99 USD per month	10,000 contacts and companies; two-way email integration; marketing automation; three plugins or integrations; 5,000 API calls per day.
Regular	29.99 USD per month	50,000 contacts and companies; two-way telephony; post-call automation; 50+ plugins or integrations; 10,000 API calls per day.
Enterprise	47.99 USD per month	Unlimited contacts and companies; call recording; automated voicemails; unlimited campaign workflows; 25,000 API calls per day.

Free is a meaningful trial of the core CRM, not just a short evaluation: it supports up to 10 users and includes helpdesk and marketing automation. Its 1,000-contact ceiling and 500 daily API calls make it a poor fit once a team’s records or connected tools outgrow those allowances. Starter is the lowest-cost paid option for a larger contact base and two-way email, but three integrations and 5,000 daily API calls may constrain teams with a wider stack. Regular is the tier to consider when two-way telephony, post-call automation, or a 50-plus integration set matters. Enterprise removes the contact cap and adds call recording, automated voicemails, and unlimited campaign workflows, with the highest stated API allowance.

Platforms

Agile CRM supports web, Android, and iOS, alongside API and extension platforms. The mobile apps are useful for teams that need contact, campaign, and calling tasks away from a desktop; API and webhook resources give developers routes to connect it with other systems, within the daily call allowance of their plan.

Who it's for

Agile CRM is most compelling for small and medium-sized businesses that want sales, campaign automation, and helpdesk work in one system and can operate within its plan quotas. It is less suitable for teams that need uncapped API usage, or that cannot accept the dated privacy-policy commitment without confirming current terms.

Pros and cons

Pro: Sales, marketing, and helpdesk capabilities share one platform, and helpdesk plus marketing automation are included even on Free.
Pro: Paid tiers scale from two-way email to telephony and then call recording and automated voicemails, making the feature progression explicit.
Con: The free contact allowance is only 1,000, and API access ranges from 500 to 25,000 calls per day, so integrations and growth need to be planned against quotas.
Con: Starter limits integrations to three, while broader integration access appears only at Regular with 50+ plugins or integrations.
Con: The privacy policy’s stated effective date is May 24, 2018, which may not satisfy teams seeking clearly current privacy commitments.

Alternatives

For teams focused on sales engagement and gamification rather than a broad CRM, compare options in the Sales Gamification Software category. If voicemail campaigns are the specific need, the Voicemail Drop Software category is a more focused starting point. For a wider CRM shortlist, see CRM Software.

Gametize has a free plan for up to 10 players and a Starter plan at 45.00 USD per month; choose it when a small, free gamification setup is the priority. Bitrix24 Sales Gamification offers a free option for 1–2 users with 5 GB storage and basic CRM, tasks, calendars, chat, and video calls; it may fit a very small team seeking those bundled tools. Gamifier starts at 3.00 USD per month billed yearly and focuses on goals, commissions, competitions, and leaderboards, making it a more focused choice for those sales-motivation functions.

Hoopla is another sales gamification alternative. LevelEleven is another option in that category. SalesScreen is another alternative, with its Scale plan aimed at sales teams of at least 10 and up to eight metrics. Ambition starts at 45.00 USD per month and offers seller activation, real-time leaderboards and competitions, scorecards, and automated accolades. Centrical uses per-user pricing that depends on license type.

Verdict

Choose Agile CRM if a small or medium-sized business wants sales, marketing automation, and helpdesk in one platform, with a free entry point and a clear route to higher contact and API limits. Its breadth is the main reason to choose it; the quotas and dated privacy policy are the reasons to look elsewhere or verify current terms before standardizing on it.
