Overview

Provided by IT Source One, AI Tutor pairs voice and chat tutoring with study tools and parent-facing progress review. Guided learning paths adapt to a student's age, grade and learning level, making it more flexible than a single-subject practice app. It is an Android and iOS app; Google Play identifies it as an app with in-app purchases.

The app supports Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Persian, with a right-to-left interface. That range suits multilingual households, while the 13-and-older account rule limits its fit for younger children, even when a parent creates the account.

Key features

Tutoring and study workflow

Students can ask questions by voice or chat and follow guided paths adjusted to their level. Worksheet and study-material uploads, an interactive drawing canvas, and quizzes with instant feedback give learners different ways to work through material. This combination is useful for independent study across subjects; it is not a substitute for a tool built around a single specialized curriculum.

Family progress review

Parents can create child accounts and see studied topics and recent quizzes in a dashboard. Hours, quizzes and materials from a purchased plan can be shared across linked children, which can make a household plan more practical than separate allowances. The account age floor of 13 still matters for families with younger students.

Data and support

Lesson content is processed by AI providers, with a request that providers use it to deliver the service rather than sell it as advertising. The privacy policy describes encryption in transit and access controls, says data may be processed outside the user's country, and says personal information is not sold. Email support usually replies within one business day.

Pricing

AI Tutor is freemium. Paid prices appear in the App Store or Google Play and vary by country, so shoppers should check their local storefront before subscribing. Monthly Study and Scholar credits do not roll over; top-up hours remain available until used.

Plan	Allowance	Terms and fit
Starter	0.00 USD per free; 30 minutes, 1 quiz and 1 material upload	A useful trial-sized allowance, but too limited for sustained study.
Study	15 study hours, 30 quizzes and 25 material uploads	Custom pricing; 1-month auto-renewing. Fits regular use, but unused monthly credits expire.
Scholar	24 study hours, 30 quizzes and 35 material uploads	Custom pricing; 1-month auto-renewing. Adds hours and uploads over Study, but not quizzes; monthly credits still expire.
Quick Boost	1 study hour, 1 quiz and 2 material uploads	Custom pricing; top-up pack. Suits a small extra need, with hours retained until used.
Study Pack	5 study hours, 10 quizzes and 5 material uploads	Custom pricing; top-up pack. A more substantial one-off reserve, without monthly expiry.
Power Pack	10 study hours, 20 quizzes and 12 material uploads	Custom pricing; top-up pack. Best for occasional heavier use when a recurring allowance is not wanted.

Starter's 30 minutes and single quiz make it a sampler rather than a durable free tier. A subscription suits predictable ongoing study, while top-ups are better for variable demand or for avoiding the loss of unused monthly credits.

Platforms

AI Tutor runs on Android and iOS. Its mobile focus is convenient for students using phones or tablets, but teams seeking a web-based learning workflow should consider another option.

Who it's for

AI Tutor is best suited to independent learners and homeschool families with students aged 13 or older who want cross-subject tutoring, uploaded materials, quizzes and parent visibility in a mobile app. Households can share plan allowances among linked children. It is a poor fit for younger learners or buyers who need predictable annual pricing, since paid prices vary by country and monthly credits expire.

Pros and cons

Pro: Voice and chat tutoring, guided paths, uploads, drawing and quizzes cover several study modes in one app.
Pro: Parents can review topics and recent quizzes and share purchased allowances across linked children.
Pro: Eight supported languages and right-to-left interface support widen its usefulness for multilingual learners.
Con: The free allowance is only 30 minutes, one quiz and one upload, so regular learning requires another plan.
Con: Monthly subscription credits do not roll over, while paid prices depend on country and storefront.
Con: The 13-and-older account minimum rules out younger students.

Verdict

Choose AI Tutor if you need mobile, multi-subject tutoring with family progress review and shared allowances for learners aged 13 and up. Its strongest case is the combination of adaptable tutoring and practical study tools in several languages. Look elsewhere if students are younger, you require web access, or expiring monthly credits and locally variable pricing make budgeting difficult.
