Overview

AiSensy is a WhatsApp platform for businesses that want to combine marketing campaigns with customer conversations in one channel. It is best suited to teams using WhatsApp for both acquisition and support; its main trade-off is that conversation credits and country-based message charges sit outside the subscription.

Built on official WhatsApp APIs, AiSensy brings broadcasts, chat automation, AI agents and human support together. Click-to-WhatsApp ads and WhatsApp Forms give teams ways to start conversations and capture information without moving prospects out of chat.

Teams comparing channel-focused options can browse WhatsApp Marketing Software and WhatsApp Business API Providers; for a broader view of the category, see Conversational Marketing Software.

Key features

Scheduled broadcasts: Campaigns support multiple messaging categories and can be scheduled up to two months ahead. That suits teams planning recurring outreach, though message charges still depend on the recipient's country.
Chatbots and human handoff: A drag-and-drop builder supports automated WhatsApp conversations, with a path to pass a chat to a human agent. Lead qualification, conversation routing and marketing journeys also support teams managing more than one-off campaign replies.
AI agents: AiSensy says its agents can understand context and handle conversations around the clock. The separate Agent Builder plan specifies message allowances and tools, so teams should compare those caps with expected volume.
Lead capture: Click-to-WhatsApp ads bring prospects into chat, while WhatsApp Forms collect information there. This is a direct fit for businesses whose acquisition process already centers on WhatsApp.
Integrations and API: Named integrations include Shopify, Razorpay, WooCommerce, WebEngage, Zapier, PayU and LeadSquared. The integrations page describes free API integration for automating notifications from CRMs or portals, which gives teams a route to connect existing systems.
Mobile access and support: Android and iOS apps complement the web and API platforms. The pricing page lists support by phone at +918069158234.

Pricing

AiSensy is freemium, with a free plan, a 14-day trial and paid subscriptions. WhatsApp conversation credits are recharged separately, and per-message charges vary by recipient country; budget for these alongside the plan price rather than treating the subscription as the full messaging cost.

Plan	Price	What it includes and who it fits
Free Forever	0.00 USD per free	Fair-use limits allow up to 200 agents, 500 tags, 100 attributes and 50 segments. A useful way to start, but not an unlimited service despite the generous stated caps.
Basic	45.00 USD per month, billed monthly	WhatsApp marketing and broadcasting, retargeting and a shared team inbox. A fit for teams starting paid campaigns and coordinating replies in one inbox.
Pro	99.00 USD per month, billed monthly	Advanced campaign capabilities, higher segmentation limits and additional automation features. Better suited to teams whose targeting and workflow needs have outgrown Basic.
Premium	299.00 USD per month, billed monthly	Higher usage limits, advanced reporting and automation for teams needing more operational depth.
Unlimited	899.00 USD per month, billed monthly	Higher messaging throughput and expanded limits. Its fair-use policy still caps agents at 200, tags at 500, attributes at 100 and segments at 50.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Custom limits and contracts for organizations needing a tailored arrangement.

Two specialist builders are priced separately. WhatsApp AI Agent Builder costs 50.00 USD per month and includes 1,000 AI messages, knowledge-base Q&A, long-term user memory, a no-code builder, tool calling, skills and API integrations. Its annual-billing card shows 89.10 USD per year, billed per month, and includes 3,500 AI messages. The Drag & Drop WhatsApp Chatbot Builder costs 80.00 USD per month, or 72.00 USD per year billed per month with annual billing. Both versions include five chatbots, triggers via keywords, templates, QR codes and Meta ads, cart management, catalog sharing, Shopify integration and three free AI generations. These add-ons make the capabilities and allowances explicit, but should be considered alongside the separate WhatsApp charges.

Platforms

AiSensy supports Android, iOS, web and API access. That combination suits teams that need mobile app access as well as a web workspace or programmatic connections to existing systems.

Who it's for

AiSensy is a strong fit for businesses that acquire customers through Click-to-WhatsApp ads, grow revenue with broadcasts and handle support through live chat or automated conversations. The combination of lead capture, routing, qualification and human handoff is relevant where marketing and service teams share a WhatsApp channel. It is a weaker fit for teams seeking predictable all-in messaging costs: credits are separate from subscriptions, and message charges vary by country.

Pros and cons

Pros: Marketing, lead capture, automation and human support are combined around WhatsApp, reducing the need to choose between campaign and service workflows.
Pros: Integrations include common commerce and automation tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce and Zapier, while the API supports notification automation from CRMs or portals.
Pros: A free plan and several paid tiers provide a path from initial use to higher throughput, and the specialist builder plans publish concrete chatbot and AI-message allowances.
Cons: The subscription does not cover all messaging expense; separate credit recharges and country-dependent per-message charges complicate cost forecasting.
Cons: Unlimited has defined fair-use ceilings for agents, tags, attributes and segments, so the label does not mean uncapped organizational scale.

Alternatives

Botcadence is worth considering for teams prioritizing a free starting tier with web chat and WhatsApp AI, 100 AI reply credits per month, 200 broadcast messages, unlimited contacts and one team member.
Gupshup may suit teams comparing a messaging-fee model that charges 0.001 USD per message, with WhatsApp fees billed at actuals.
Spoki is another freemium WhatsApp option, with a Service plan at 39.00 EUR per month that includes AI customer support, unlimited operators and automations, and ticketing; WhatsApp fees are billed separately by Meta.
Dashly is an alternative for teams evaluating AI inbound revenue agents, with mid-market teams typically starting at 2500.00 USD per month.
Conversica offers a custom enterprise plan for buyers seeking a tailored solution.
Interakt is another paid option with a free trial and an Instagram-focused Starter plan at 12.00 USD per month.
Gallabox may fit teams seeking a paid option with a Basic plan at 150.00 USD per month, billed quarterly, and a three-user hard cap.
Greenbubble offers another paid option, with a Solo plan at 5.00 USD per month billed annually.

Verdict

Choose AiSensy if WhatsApp is central to both customer acquisition and ongoing support, and your team needs broadcasts, chat automation and a route to human agents in the same platform. Look elsewhere if a single predictable subscription covering messaging costs is a priority, or if the fair-use limits do not match your scale.
