Overview

Altify brings account strategy and opportunity execution into a managed Salesforce package. Account plans connect objectives, actions, and whitespace mapping to Salesforce opportunities, while relationship maps help teams track buying-group influence and important stakeholders. That connection can keep account work close to active pipeline, but it also makes Altify a poor fit for teams that do not run a supported Salesforce edition.

The company became independent in March 2025 with backing from Gallant Capital Partners. Its stated focus is enterprise revenue teams working through complex sales cycles, rather than sales teams looking for a standalone, lightweight planning tool.

Key features

Account strategy and relationships

Altify Accounts supports living account plans with objectives, actions, and whitespace mapping linked to opportunities. Account hierarchy, CRM synchronization, and action tracking help teams connect planning across accounts and follow through on it. Relationship Map adds a view of buying-group influence, which can help deal teams identify stakeholders who matter rather than treating an account as a single contact.

Deal execution and coaching

Altify Opportunities and Sales Process support qualification, sales methodology, deal reviews, and pipeline visibility. This combination is useful for teams that want a consistent process around complex opportunities; it is less relevant to organizations that do not need structured methodology or formal deal reviews.

MaxAI reads live Altify and Salesforce data to offer methodology-specific guidance on deals and accounts. It works with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Salesforce Agentforce through MCP or natively in Agentforce. Administrators can set AI budgets with hard caps, review consumption dashboards, and control deployed skills, giving governance teams practical controls over adoption and spend.

Connections and support

Altify describes integrations with Slack and Google Docs, and reporting support for Einstein, Tableau, and other BI tools. Altify Help provides user and administrator guides, e-learning, email assistance, and a support portal. These connections and support resources broaden how teams can work with the platform, though the core product remains tied to Salesforce.

Pricing

Altify uses paid, annual subscription pricing with custom pricing. The quote depends on selected solutions, number of users, and whether Revenue Services are included. That lets buyers scope a package around their needs, but teams cannot readily compare a published per-seat rate or estimate total cost without a quote.

The Altify plan is the annual subscription offering; its price is custom. Buyers should assess the cost against the solutions and user count they need, as well as any Revenue Services in the package. No free plan or trial is part of the stated offer, so Altify is best evaluated by teams prepared to engage in a quote-based purchase.

Platforms

Altify is available through web and API access and is delivered as a managed Salesforce package. It supports Salesforce Enterprise, Developer, and Unlimited editions, and requires a Salesforce license. That makes it a natural extension for teams standardized on those editions, but an added dependency for teams using another CRM or edition.

Who it's for

Altify is aimed at enterprise revenue teams coordinating complex sales cycles across account plans, buying groups, and opportunities. It fits organizations that need structured account and deal execution inside Salesforce and want AI recommendations informed by live platform data. Smaller teams, Salesforce-free organizations, and buyers seeking transparent self-serve pricing should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Account plans, hierarchy, whitespace analysis, actions, and opportunity links sit in the Salesforce environment, helping teams connect strategy to pipeline.
Pros: Relationship mapping and methodology-based deal guidance address stakeholder and execution needs in complex sales cycles.
Pros: MaxAI supports several major AI assistants, while hard budget caps, consumption dashboards, and skill controls give administrators governance options.
Cons: A Salesforce license and a supported Salesforce edition are required, excluding teams that do not use that platform.
Cons: Custom, quote-based annual pricing makes early cost comparison harder, and there is no free plan or trial in the stated offer.

Verdict

Choose Altify if your enterprise sales team already runs on a supported Salesforce edition and needs account planning, stakeholder mapping, and methodical deal execution tied to live CRM data. Its strongest case is the combination of Salesforce-native workflows and governed AI guidance. Look elsewhere if Salesforce is not your system of record or if you need transparent pricing or a free way to start.
