Overview

Havari is a multichannel customer-messaging platform with campaign, contact-management, and automation tools. It suits teams that want support conversations and outbound follow-up in one workspace. Its strongest case is breadth across messaging and integrations; its limits on credits, tasks, and API calls—and WhatsApp’s 24-hour rule—need to fit the team’s workload.

Key features

Shared inbox and contact records

The shared inbox brings SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger together, with conversations attached to contact and company profiles. Custom fields, notes, and conversation history give teams useful context alongside replies. That combination is a better fit for teams managing ongoing customer relationships than for an operation that only needs occasional bulk texts.

Campaigns and automation

Teams can schedule bulk campaigns and track opens, clicks, and replies in real time. Automations can start from contacts, inbound messages, or ticket-status changes, then send messages or update records. These tools support repeatable follow-up, but monthly task and credit caps make usage planning important as message volume grows.

Integrations, email, and security

Havari lists more than 1,000 integrations, including Dentally, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, and n8n, and provides a REST API. It also connects Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, and Microsoft 365, with shared inboxes and email forwarding. The Help Center says messages and emails are encrypted in transit and at rest; the site describes the service as GDPR-compliant.

Messaging and attachments

WhatsApp free-form replies require a recent inbound message within the 24-hour messaging window; after that, teams need an approved template. Attachments are capped at 5MB each, with no more than 10 files per message. Those rules are manageable for routine support, but teams with larger files or slower WhatsApp follow-up should account for them.

Pricing

Havari has a free plan, paid plans from £19 per month, and a 14-day trial. Its monthly allowances combine credits, automation tasks, and API calls, so the plan should be sized for all three rather than contacts alone.

Free — £0 forever: 20 credits per month, Email, Messenger, and Instagram, and no additional credits. This is a narrow starting point for low-volume use; the channel set excludes SMS and WhatsApp.
Starter — £19 per month: 250 credits, 250 automation tasks, 250 API calls, up to 5,000 contacts, and 20 templates. It suits a small team beginning to coordinate channels, but the three 250-unit caps leave little room for high activity.
Growth — £59 per month: 1,000 credits, tasks, and API calls per month, up to 15,000 contacts, and 50 templates. It is the more comfortable step up for teams whose campaigns or workflows outgrow Starter.
Business — £129 per month: 2,500 credits, tasks, and API calls monthly, up to 100,000 contacts, and 100 templates. This fits larger contact operations, though the monthly activity ceilings still apply.
Enterprise — £229 per month: 5,000 credits, tasks, and API calls monthly, up to 1,000,000 contacts, and 1,000 templates. Custom volume is available above 55,000 credits, making it the clearest fit for very large contact bases or higher credit demand.

The free plan is billed at £0 forever; the paid prices are monthly. The headline included-messages figure is 250 messages per month, but the plans also express usage in credits, so teams should check how their expected activity maps to those allowances. No seat limits are given. Support is available by email and phone Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm GMT.

Platforms

Havari lists Android, iOS, web, and API. Its mobile app description covers iOS: replying across supported channels, managing contacts, and receiving push notifications. The service also provides shared inbox access, workflow automation, and API access.

Who it's for

Havari is a good match for teams that need a shared customer inbox alongside campaigns, contact records, and workflow automation, especially when their stack includes common CRM, automation, or email services. It is less compelling for a team that only wants simple text messaging, needs larger attachments, or cannot work within WhatsApp’s reply window and template requirement.

Pros and cons

Pro: Five messaging channels share an inbox and connect to contact and company records, keeping customer context with conversations.
Pro: Campaign tracking, workflow triggers, and a REST API extend the product beyond inbox replies.
Pro: More than 1,000 listed integrations and connections to major email services give teams several ways to fit Havari into an existing stack.
Con: Free includes only 20 credits a month and Email, Messenger, and Instagram, with no additional credits.
Con: Paid plans cap credits, automation tasks, and API calls separately, which can constrain busy teams even when contact capacity is sufficient.
Con: WhatsApp requires an approved template outside its 24-hour window, and attachments cannot exceed 5MB each.

Alternatives

For a broader category comparison, see Two-Way SMS Software.

Sociocs is worth comparing if a free option with 1,000 messages per month, two channels, and one user is a closer fit.
DialPhone Contact Center may suit teams seeking a paid contact-center setup with 20 or more channels, a unified agent desktop, recording, and real-time wallboards.
TextTorrent is an alternative paid service with a Starter plan offering 7,000 credits and one operational user seat.
EZ Texting is an option for teams focused on SMS campaigns, with an annual Launch plan for up to 500 contacts and one user.
Heymarket may fit teams that want two-way messaging, a shared inbox, and unlimited contacts, with a two-user minimum on its Standard plan.
Sakari is another paid messaging option, with a Standard plan starting at $25 per month and unlimited users and contacts.
Salesmsg may suit a team that prefers a per-seat structure: its Basic plan includes one seat and one number, with additional seats and numbers priced separately.
Textline is an alternative for teams prioritizing included message credits and agent capacity, with Essentials including 600 monthly credits and three agents.

Verdict

Choose Havari if your team needs customer conversations, campaigns, contact context, and automations in one connected workspace, and its monthly allowances match your expected activity. Look elsewhere if you need generous uncapped usage, larger attachments, or WhatsApp messaging without the 24-hour timing constraint.
