Overview

The platform ties leads and clients to jobs, pricing, scheduling, technicians and reporting. Smart Quote decodes a VIN and retrieves live glass-part pricing to produce a cost range; approved quotes can become scheduled jobs. That connection between estimating and operations makes the product a stronger fit for shops coordinating a flow of work than for businesses looking primarily for fabrication or materials management.

Scheduling accounts for technician capacity and optimizes routes from a warehouse. The mobile field workspace guides job status, checklists, photo and signature capture, and saves drafts that sync when back online. That gives office staff and technicians a shared workflow, although offline support is described for drafts rather than the entire workspace.

Key features

Estimating and integrations

Live vendor pricing connects to Mygrant and PGW, but those provider accounts are billed directly by the vendors. Exact-part disambiguation is a separate paid search, about $2 each, and runs only when explicitly requested. Shops should factor those charges into estimating volume rather than treating them as part of the subscription.

Payments, communications and access

Professional adds Stripe payment links and CallRail SMS and call analytics. These require customer-owned provider accounts billed directly by those providers, so the plan's subscription price is not the full cost of those capabilities.

Access is server-enforced across Admin, Dispatcher, Manager and Technician roles, with technician views scoped to assigned jobs and schedules. The privacy policy describes encrypted storage for integration credentials, least-privilege access and no storage of full card numbers. The security pages do not state a named certification or compliance standard, so organizations with formal certification requirements should assess fit before adopting it.

API and workflow gaps

The HTTPS JSON API uses API-key authentication and documents a quote widget and website lead intake. A key placed in browser code is visible to visitors; teams that need to keep it secret should proxy requests through their server. Auto Glass CRM supports glass estimating and installation scheduling, but not cut list generation, fabrication workflow, material tracking or accounting sync. Those omissions matter for shops seeking production or back-office coverage beyond customer and technician operations.

Pricing

All three subscriptions include a 14-day free trial and are billed monthly. There is no free plan.

Plan	Price	Included capacity	Best fit
Starter	79.00 USD per month	1 shop, 5 users	A single-shop team that can work within a small seat allowance.
Professional	199.00 USD per month	3 shops, 15 users	Growing teams needing multiple locations and Professional's Stripe and CallRail integrations.
Scale	399.00 USD per month	10 shops, 50 users	Larger operators consolidating up to ten shops and fifty users.

Starter is the lower-cost entry point, but its one-shop and five-user limits make it a poor fit for teams already spanning locations or needing broader access. Professional triples the shop allowance and adds ten seats over Starter; Scale raises capacity further for established multi-shop operations. Extra seats cost $5 each per month and extra shops cost $30 each per month. More than 10 shops requires contacting sales. Plan for provider charges separately, including Mygrant and PGW accounts, Professional's Stripe and CallRail services, and optional exact-part searches.

Platforms

Auto Glass CRM supports web, Android and iOS, and provides an API. That combination serves office-based coordination, mobile technician work and custom integrations, with the API key caveat making server-side proxying important when secrecy is required.

Who it's for

This is a practical fit for US and Canadian auto glass businesses that need estimating, scheduling and technician execution connected, especially teams operating multiple locations. It is less suitable for shops whose core requirement is fabrication, material tracking, cut-list generation or accounting synchronization, since those workflows are not supported.

Pros and cons

Pros: Smart Quote links VIN-based estimates and live part pricing to scheduled jobs, reducing the gap between quoting and dispatch.
Pros: Capacity-aware scheduling, route optimization and a mobile technician workspace cover both dispatch planning and field documentation.
Pros: Role-scoped access and encrypted integration-credential storage provide concrete safeguards for team and account access.
Cons: Shop and seat allowances constrain growth; additional locations and users increase the monthly bill.
Cons: Vendor pricing, payment links and communications rely on separately billed provider accounts, while exact-part searches can add usage charges.
Cons: No fabrication, cut-list, material-tracking or accounting-sync workflow means some shops will still need other systems.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, see Glass Contractor Software.

RFMS is a paid option with Android, iOS, web, Windows and API support; its Core ERP price is custom pricing by demo request.
Baka Glass is worth considering when production is the priority: its Baka Production plan includes cutting optimization, machine connections, live production dashboards and a work-floor app with scanning, at custom pricing.
eDirectGlass offers a pay-per-invoice plan at 5.00 USD per once, billed per submitted invoice, for up to five users and intended for up to 50 invoices per month, with an annual contract; consider it if that invoice-based structure better matches your volume.
GlasPacLX is a paid desktop-oriented option for Android, iOS, macOS and Windows; its Mobile Add-on costs 45.00 USD per month per additional technician, plus a $75 one-time setup fee per technician.
GlassManager has a Lite plan at 65.00 USD per month per full user, with a $12 monthly field-user charge, a $495 setup fee, a two-user minimum, 100 GB storage, and a maximum of one location and two departments.
Glazier uses fees set in an Order Form, billed monthly unless otherwise provided.
GlaziersEdge is another paid option, with Android, iOS and Windows support and a free trial.
Mitchell RepairCenter is a paid option for Android, iOS and Windows.

Verdict

Auto Glass CRM is the right choice for auto glass teams that want quoting, dispatch and technician work connected, with room for several shops and mobile field staff. Its main advantage is that operational continuity; its main reason to look elsewhere is the combination of capacity-based subscription limits, provider charges and missing production or accounting workflows. Choose it when those integrated estimating and service workflows outweigh the added costs and gaps.
