Overview

GuestPostCRM brings email intake, deal and order management, payment tracking, and placement monitoring into a single workflow. Incoming requests can be sorted with custom email labels and receive automated first replies; AI can also draft context-aware responses from the conversation for a person to review, edit, and send. That review step is valuable for teams that want drafting help without surrendering control of client communication.

Approved opportunities become deals and orders, with stages, deliverables, and live-link status tracked centrally. Orders can generate invoices, while payment status and reminders remain part of the same process. This should suit teams coordinating repeatable guest-posting work; it is less compelling if the main need is a single-purpose link monitor or outreach sender.

Key features

Email workflows: Custom labels and first-reply automation can reduce routine sorting and acknowledgment work, particularly for teams handling a steady stream of requests.
AI replies: Drafts draw on the full email conversation and can be reviewed and edited before sending. The trade-off is that reply generation consumes GPC credits.
Deals, orders, and placements: Stages, deliverables, and live-link status give teams a shared view of work after an opportunity is approved, rather than leaving handoffs scattered across separate processes.
Invoices and payments: Invoice generation from approved orders, payment-status tracking, and reminders connect fulfillment to collection. Automated invoices are included on Growth and higher paid tiers.
Integrations and API: Free includes Gmail integration, Growth adds Moz integration, and full API automation starts at Professional. Teams building around the API should not assume Starter's API access covers full automation.
Credit-based automation: Each automation action uses GPC credits, with action costs covering replies, orders, invoices, and email sending. A team should compare its likely workload with the allowance of its chosen tier, since the headline monthly price does not alone indicate how much automation it can run.

Pricing

GuestPostCRM has a free plan and advertises a free one-month trial. Paid plans begin at $20 per month. Plan prices are monthly; the published tiers differ substantially in credit allowance, seats, integrations, support, and API capability.

Plan	Price	Included	Best fit
Free	Custom pricing	2,000 GPC Credits, 1 user, limited AI tasks, Gmail integration, limited email sending	A solo user assessing a small workflow, provided the restricted sending and AI capacity are enough.
Starter	$20.00 per month	12,000 GPC Credits, 3 users, full AI tasks, automated reminders; extra users $5 per month each	A small team that needs more room than Free but can work without full API automation or Moz integration.
Growth	$39.00 per month	27,000 GPC Credits, 5 users, Moz integration, automated invoices; extra users $5 per month each; white-label setup $500 one-time	Teams that want the named integration and invoicing automation, without the full API automation reserved for Professional and above.
Professional	$69.00 per month	55,000 GPC Credits, 10 users, full API automation; extra users $5 per month each; white-label setup $500 one-time	Teams integrating the workflow through the API or needing more seats and credits than Growth provides.
Business	$129.00 per month	120,000 GPC Credits, 20 users, priority support; extra users $5 per month each; white-label setup $500 one-time	Larger teams that need a higher allowance and priority support.
Enterprise	$249.00 per month	250,000 GPC Credits, 30 users, dedicated support; extra users $5 per month each; white-label setup $500 one-time	Organizations that need the largest stated allowance and dedicated support.

Free and Starter have limited API automation; full automation begins at Professional. Free also caps the team at one user and limits AI tasks and email sending, while Starter provides three seats and 12,000 credits. Extra seats cost $5 per month on paid plans. Because actions draw down credits, teams with frequent replies, orders, invoices, or email sends should estimate that use before settling on a tier. The advertised one-month trial offers a way to assess fit before committing.

Platforms

GuestPostCRM is available on web and through an API. API access is tier-dependent: the comparison marks Free and Starter as limited and Professional and higher as full API automation. That makes it a stronger fit for teams prepared to pay for deeper integration than for a small team expecting full automation on the entry plan.

Who it's for

Agencies, publishers, SEO teams, resellers, and enterprises are the stated audiences. In practice, the strongest fit is a team managing multiple handoffs from incoming request through placement and payment, especially when centralized order status and invoice reminders matter. A solo operator can start with Free, but its single seat, limited AI tasks, and limited email sending constrain the workflow. Teams needing full API automation should budget for Professional or above.

Pros and cons

Pro: Requests, deals, orders, invoices, and placement status sit in one workflow, which can reduce coordination across guest-posting stages.
Pro: AI reply drafts remain reviewable and editable, preserving a human check before client-facing text is sent.
Pro: Paid plans scale from three to 30 included users, with additional seats priced at $5 per month each.
Con: Automation consumes credits, so teams with high action volume may need to move up a tier to maintain headroom.
Con: Full API automation is unavailable on Free and Starter, which limits those plans for teams integrating the workflow into an existing stack.
Con: Free has one user, limited AI tasks, and limited email sending; it is a constrained starting point rather than a broad team tier.
Con: White-label setup adds a $500 one-time charge on Growth and higher plans.

Verdict

GuestPostCRM is a strong candidate for agencies and SEO teams that want guest-posting requests, order progress, billing, and live placements managed together. Its main advantage is that connected workflow; its main caution is the combination of credit-based usage and tier-gated API automation. Choose a plan only after matching the credit allowance and API tier to your workload, and look elsewhere if your priority is a narrower monitoring or outreach tool.
