Overview

Reclaim 2.0 combines a calendar, Planner, AI Assistant, and background Agents to keep schedules aligned with priorities. Two-way sync, shared calendars, scheduling links, and video meeting support make it useful for coordinating both individual work and team schedules. The trade-off is platform reach: Reclaim has no native iOS or Android app, so mobile use depends on its mobile-friendly web app.

Preview Mode stages changes made through the AI Assistant or MCP integrations for review before applying them. That gives cautious users a check on automated edits, though it does not remove the need to approve them. Reclaim supports Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, with integrations including Slack, Jira, Asana, Google Tasks, Todoist, ClickUp, Linear, Zoom, Raycast, Webhooks, Claude, and ChatGPT. Its MCP support also includes Cursor, Copilot, and Gemini.

Key features

Priority-based scheduling: Time blocking and the Planner turn priorities into calendar time. This is more useful to people who plan around a calendar than to those seeking a standalone task manager.
Calendar and meeting coordination: Two-way sync, shared calendars, scheduling links, and video meeting support cover common individual and team scheduling needs. Calendar support is limited to Google Calendar and Outlook.
AI with a review step: The AI Assistant and background Agents help maintain schedules, while Preview Mode stages AI Assistant and MCP changes for approval. Agent quotas vary substantially by plan, making the higher allowances relevant to heavier users.
Web-first access: The service is primarily a web app and can be installed as a Progressive Web App through Chrome or Safari. That works for desktop users, but people who require a dedicated phone app should look elsewhere.

Pricing

Reclaim uses a freemium model with a 14-day trial. Lite is free forever for one user and includes a one-week scheduling range, one Calendar Sync, one Scheduling Link, and five AI Agents. It is a low-risk way for an individual to try the workflow, but the single-user cap and short range limit its use for team planning or longer-horizon scheduling.

Starter costs 12.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for up to 10 seats. It extends the range to eight weeks and includes three Calendar Syncs, three Scheduling Links, and 10 AI Agents per seat. This is the entry paid tier for small teams, but the sync, link, and agent allowances remain bounded.

Business costs 18.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for up to 100 seats. It provides a 12-week scheduling range, unlimited Calendar Syncs and Scheduling Links, and 100 AI Agents per seat. The higher limits make it the clearer fit for larger or more automation-heavy teams. Enterprise has custom pricing at 22.00 USD per month and covers unlimited users across a domain with a 12-week range; the domain-wide user allowance suits company-wide deployment, while pricing requires contacting Reclaim.

Platforms

Reclaim is available as an extension and web app, with mobile-friendly web access but no native iOS or Android apps. It is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States, with redundancy between us-east-1 and us-east-2. Reclaim says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and committed to GDPR, CCPA, and Data Privacy Framework standards; it also says data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Self-service deletion removes calendar data from its systems within one hour and removes Reclaim-created calendar events.

Who it's for

Reclaim is a strong fit for individuals and teams already using Google Calendar or Outlook who want priorities, meetings, and AI-assisted scheduling brought into one calendar workflow. Its shared calendars, links, seat-based plans, and integrations support team use, while Preview Mode offers a useful approval step for AI-driven changes. It is less suitable for people who need native mobile apps, depend on calendars beyond Google and Outlook, or want a free plan with multiple users.

Pros and cons

Pros: Preview Mode keeps AI Assistant and MCP changes staged until reviewed, reducing the risk of unattended edits reaching the live calendar.
Pros: Two-way sync, shared calendars, time blocking, and scheduling links combine individual planning with team coordination.
Pros: The paid tiers scale from 10 to 100 seats, with substantially higher sync, link, and AI Agent allowances on Business.
Cons: Lite is limited to one user and a one-week scheduling range, so it is a constrained option for ongoing team use.
Cons: There are no native iOS or Android apps, which may frustrate users who expect dedicated mobile software.
Cons: Calendar support is confined to Google Calendar and Outlook, limiting the fit for teams built around other calendar services.

Alternatives

For a daily planning workflow, compare Daily Planner Apps; for calendar-based time allocation, see Time Blocking Apps. Readers focused specifically on AI calendar help can browse AI Calendar Assistants, while broader workflow needs may suit Time Management Apps or AI Personal Assistants. For calendar software beyond this scheduling-assistant approach, see Calendar apps.

FlowSavvy is worth considering if mobile apps matter: it runs on Android, iOS, and web, and its Basic plan includes a two-week auto-scheduling range, though it limits repeating auto-scheduled tasks to three. Routine suits readers seeking a broader cross-platform organizer, with Linux, macOS, Windows, web, Android, and iOS support; its free plan includes three integrations, three custom databases, and 250 AI credits. Tiimo is a mobile-first option with Android and iOS apps, but its free plan excludes the web app. Trevor AI offers a web-based alternative whose free plan supports one calendar account, while its Pro plan adds multiple calendar accounts and recurring scheduled tasks. TimeFinder is another option for readers who want access across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Amie is an iOS alternative. Ellie Planner offers task planning across iOS, macOS, web, and Windows, with unlimited tasks on its free plan. Taskito supports Android, iOS, and web, with a free tier for core timeline planning and sync across up to two active devices.

Verdict

Choose Reclaim if your work already runs through Google Calendar or Outlook and you want AI-assisted scheduling with a review step before changes go live. Its combination of time blocking, team coordination, integrations, and scalable seat-based plans makes it a credible fit from solo use to company-wide deployment. Look elsewhere if native mobile apps or broader calendar support are essential, or if Lite's one-user, one-week limits are too restrictive.
