Overview

Quickchat AI combines configurable agents with a range of knowledge sources, conversation actions, and deployment choices. Teams can use it for meeting booking, lead qualification, CRM sync, or live handoff to a person, rather than treating it solely as a question-answering widget. Website options include a customizable chat widget, an iFrame embed, and a chat page.

The platform is made by Incentivai Inc., which identifies as Quickchat AI and was founded in 2018. It belongs on a shortlist for teams comparing Sales Chatbot Software or Chatbot builders.

Key features

Knowledge sources: Agents can draw on text, websites, uploaded files, Shopify, Intercom articles, and YouTube videos. That mix suits teams with material spread across commerce, support, and public content, though the plan-specific article caps may constrain larger knowledge bases.
Language and tone: Agents automatically understand and respond in multiple languages, and teams can adjust personality and tone. This supports varied customer audiences without imposing one fixed conversational style.
Actions and handoff: Agents can gather data, call HTTP APIs, connect MCP servers, record data in Google Sheets, and pass conversations to a human. These actions make the platform more relevant to operational workflows than a bot limited to answers, but REST API access itself requires the Business plan.
Integrations and analytics: Listed integrations include Discord, Drupal, Facebook Messenger, HubSpot, Instagram, Intercom, Shopify, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, WordPress, and Zendesk. Conversation tools include sentiment analysis, CSAT ratings, outcome and topic analysis, alerts, and AI Insights.
Security: Quickchat AI says customer content is not used to train LLMs and that customer environments are logically isolated. It stores customer data on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in Belgium, encrypted in transit and at rest. The company says it complies with GDPR and is pursuing SOC 2 compliance.

Pricing

The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes 50 AI credits per month, one user license, and 50 knowledge base articles. It is limited to personal, non-commercial use, so it is for individual evaluation rather than a business deployment. Starter costs 9.00 USD per month, raises the allowance to 150 credits and 100 articles, and permits commercial use.

Basic costs 29.00 USD per month for 500 credits and 300 articles; Essential costs 99.00 USD per month for 3,000 credits and 500 articles. These are progressively larger allowances, but neither plan includes a stated user-seat increase or API access. Credits matter operationally: once exhausted, the agent stops replying until the allowance resets or the account upgrades.

Professional costs 299.00 USD per month and includes three user licenses, 9,000 credits, 1,000 articles, and removal of Quickchat AI branding. Business costs 999.00 USD per month and includes ten user licenses, 30,000 credits, 2,000 articles, API access, and conversation export. Professional suits teams that need more seats or white-label presentation; Business is the relevant tier for teams integrating through the REST API or exporting conversations.

Enterprise has custom pricing, starting from 2,000 resolutions per month, with custom user licenses, AI actions, and knowledge sources, plus a dedicated account manager and priority support. It is aimed at organizations that need tailored capacity or support rather than a fixed self-serve package.

Platforms

Quickchat AI supports API, self-hosted, and web platforms. Its web deployment choices cover an embeddable widget, an iFrame, and a standalone chat page. REST API access is a Business-plan feature, so teams that require API integration should account for the $999.00 USD per month entry point.

Who it's for

Quickchat AI is a stronger fit for customer-facing teams that need multilingual agents grounded in several content types, connected to business services, and able to hand off or trigger actions. Smaller organizations can begin commercially at Starter, but modest credit and article allowances make it important to match the plan to expected use. It is less suitable for businesses that need API access on a lower tier or cannot tolerate replies stopping when credits run out.

Pros and cons

Pros: Broad knowledge-source support, multiple language replies, configurable voice, and workflow actions give teams several ways to adapt agents to customer operations.
Pros: The range of listed integrations and analytics can connect customer conversations with existing channels and provide measures such as CSAT and topic analysis.
Cons: The free plan is non-commercial, and the lowest paid tier starts with only 150 monthly credits and 100 knowledge base articles.
Cons: Exhausting credits stops agent replies; teams requiring REST API access must move to the $999.00 USD per month Business tier.

Alternatives

Tars may suit teams prioritizing a free starting point: its free plan includes 50 conversations monthly, basic LLM models, training across five Knowledge Bases, and community support.
Conversica is an alternative for buyers seeking a tailored enterprise solution, with custom pricing and a demo-based sales process.
NIVA is worth comparing if a free trial is preferable to a free tier; its trial provides 1,000 lifetime messages and Premium features without a credit card.
ConnectLoop LIA may fit teams evaluating a web-based free plan with 200 messages, one agent per workspace, and one lead owner.
FullContext is another freemium option, with its free plan providing 100 credits monthly, one agent, five resources, and 20 webpages.
Manychat is a freemium alternative with a free plan capped at 25 active contacts monthly, two channels, four active automations, one user, and one Inbox seat.
WorkBot SalesFlow Assistant is an alternative for teams considering a Pro Plan with 1,000,000 tokens, ten AI agents, and unlimited knowledge-base URLs.
Chatbase may suit a smaller initial deployment, with a free plan offering 50 monthly message credits, one member, one AI agent, and 1 MB of training content.

Verdict

Choose Quickchat AI if your team needs multilingual business agents that can use varied knowledge sources, connect to workflows, and hand conversations to people. Its integration and action range is the central reason to choose it. Look elsewhere if your budget requires API access below the Business tier or your expected traffic makes fixed monthly credit ceilings impractical.
