Overview

desk.ly brings desk, meeting-room and parking reservations together with workplace analytics and visitor management for hybrid offices. It suits organisations that want to coordinate several kinds of workplace booking in one platform, especially those willing to use a higher-tier plan for mobile access and broader integrations. Its strongest case is breadth across office resources; its main drawback is that key capabilities are gated by plan.

Web access needs an internet connection, but no special software, hardware or servers. The native iOS and Android apps support bookings from a phone, although they are included only with Enterprise and Enterprise Plus.

Key features

Reservations and visitor management

Users can book desks, meeting rooms and parking spaces, with floor-plan views and booking check-in. Visitor management lets staff arrange workstations, rooms or parking for office visitors. That combination can consolidate everyday office logistics, but room, parking and guest booking are Enterprise features, leaving Corporate focused on desk booking.

Utilisation analytics

Analytics use booking data to show occupancy and utilisation, helping workplace teams identify opportunities to optimise space. The desk.ly Connect add-on tracks actual workplace use, automates check-in and provides utilisation insights without costly hardware investments. That distinction matters: booking-derived patterns can inform planning, while teams seeking actual-use tracking need the add-on.

Integrations and security

desk.ly advertises more than 250 integrations, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Google Calendar. Enterprise Plus adds HRIS integrations such as Workday, Personio and SAP SuccessFactors, Google and Outlook calendar synchronisation, and a RESTful API. Every plan is marked GDPR compliant and ISO/IEC 27001 certified, so those assurances are not limited to the most expensive tier.

Pricing

desk.ly has a free plan and paid plans from €1.65/user/mo. The plan comparison gives these terms and inclusions:

Free — 0.00 EUR, free for up to 15 users, for as long as you like. It includes Enterprise features, making it a substantial starting point for small teams. The 15-user cap is the clear constraint as adoption grows. A free trial is also offered.
Corporate — 165.00 EUR per month, billed per user and month. Includes desk booking, analytics, Microsoft/Google SSO and the Microsoft Teams app. It fits teams centred on desk reservations and occupancy reporting, but excludes meeting rooms, parking, guest booking and the mobile app.
Enterprise — 275.00 EUR per month, billed per user and month. Adds meeting rooms and catering, parking, guest booking, mobile app access and personalised customer support to Corporate features. It is the practical step up for organisations coordinating more than desks, though the listed price is materially higher than Corporate.
Enterprise Plus — custom pricing. Includes Enterprise features, 300+ licenses, API access, HRIS integrations, calendar synchronisation and heatmap analytics. It is aimed at larger organisations needing those integrations and reporting; the 300+ license threshold makes it a poor fit for smaller teams.

The pricing note quotes €1.65/user/mo for paid access, while the plan comparison gives monthly totals billed per user and month for Corporate and Enterprise. The listed plan terms do not define a minimum term or renewal schedule.

Platforms

desk.ly supports web, Android, iOS and API access. Browser use requires an internet connection. Although native mobile apps are available, they are not part of Corporate; teams that need phone-based booking must choose Enterprise or Enterprise Plus.

Who it's for

desk.ly is best suited to hybrid-workplace teams that need desk booking plus a path to room, parking and visitor coordination, with analytics to guide space decisions. The free tier gives teams of up to 15 a way to start without a time limit. Corporate suits desk-focused organisations, while Enterprise is the better match for offices that need mobile access and bookings beyond desks. Large organisations needing HRIS connections, API access or heatmap analytics should consider Enterprise Plus. It is less compelling for teams that require mobile booking but cannot justify Enterprise, or only need a narrowly scoped room-booking tool.

Pros and cons

Pros: One platform covers desks, rooms, parking and visitor bookings, reducing the need to separate those workplace reservations.
Pros: The free plan lasts indefinitely for up to 15 users and includes Enterprise features, giving small teams room to evaluate a broad set of capabilities.
Pros: Booking analytics and the optional actual-use tracking add-on address different levels of workplace utilisation insight.
Pros: All plans carry GDPR-compliant and ISO/IEC 27001-certified status.
Cons: Corporate lacks meeting-room, parking and guest booking, so organisations needing a complete booking system must move to Enterprise.
Cons: The mobile app is unavailable on Corporate despite support for iOS and Android, putting phone booking behind a higher tier.
Cons: Enterprise Plus requires 300+ licenses, which rules it out for many smaller organisations needing its API or HRIS integrations.

Alternatives

Kadence is another freemium option with desk and room booking, visitor management, workplace analytics, move management and interactive floor plans; consider it if move management is also central to your workflow.
Skedda is a paid alternative with a free trial; its Starter plan includes 15 spaces with unlimited users and bookings, making it worth considering when a fixed space allowance and unlimited booking volume suit your needs.
Officely offers a free plan for up to five users and a Basic plan for simple desk booking; it may suit a smaller team that does not need desk.ly's broader resource coverage.
Roomzilla has a free plan for up to three resources and a Standard plan priced per resource; consider it when resource-based room booking is a closer fit.
WorkInSync is a paid option whose Standard annual plan has a 250+ employee minimum; it is relevant for organisations already at that scale.
DeskFlex is a paid alternative with a Growth plan for up to 25 spaces and one floor plan, alongside desk and room booking, visitor management and workplace analytics; consider it if those stated space and floor-plan limits fit your office.
Envoy Desks charges per bookable resource on its Standard plan, with a separate platform fee; it is an option when that pricing structure suits your resource count.
OfficeSpace offers Essentials Plus and Pro Plus plans; consider it if you want to compare those plans with desk.ly.

Verdict

Choose desk.ly if your hybrid office needs desk reservations now and room, parking, visitor management or utilisation analytics in the same system as it grows. The free tier is unusually accommodating up to 15 users, and Enterprise adds the mobile app and broader booking scope. Look elsewhere if mobile access must be available on a lower paid tier, or if your organisation needs Enterprise Plus integrations without meeting its 300+ license threshold.
