Overview

The platform covers residential rentals and sales, commercial leases and sales, and professional workflows. Listings and lead capture sit alongside CRM, deal pipelines, e-signatures, documents, commissions, invoices, and team management. That breadth can consolidate work for property operators; it is less compelling for a consumer who only wants to browse property.

Eligible listings can be distributed to portals and partners including Zillow, Rentals.com, Trulia, and Realtor.com. ConnectLinx does not charge a marketplace fee for each lead, which avoids one source of variable cost, but it does not remove the active-listing and user limits imposed by each plan.

Key features

Showing workflows bring together self-booking, approvals, lockbox access, reminders, and post-showing feedback. That combination is useful when agents need to coordinate access and capture follow-up, rather than managing showings as calendar events alone.

Transaction records cover commissions and splits, invoices, expenses, payments, profit and loss, and 1099-ready records. This gives operators a view across deal economics and payment administration; teams looking for a platform centered only on lead management may not need this operational range.

Connect AI supports work involving listings, leads, showings, deals, documents, marketing, and operations, with account access through ChatGPT Apps. Google Drive files and signed PDFs can be connected to listings or transactions, and Google Docs/Drive is among the platform's recently verified capabilities. These integrations extend the workflow beyond the core marketplace.

New accounts require email confirmation, at least one accepted verification method, and administrator review; additional documents or a live call may be requested. That gate may help suit a professional marketplace, but it adds onboarding friction for teams hoping to start immediately. ConnectLinx says it uses industry-standard security measures; Square processes billing, and ConnectLinx does not store full card numbers.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, billed monthly, and allows 1 agent user, 1 active listing, and up to 4 units or spaces. It is a practical way for a solo operator to start, but the single-listing cap leaves little room for a growing portfolio.

Agent costs 59.00 USD per month (billed $59/mo) for 2 agent users, 4 active listings, and 10 listing units. It fits a small operation whose inventory stays within those limits. Team costs 129.00 USD per month (billed $129/mo) for 5 users, 20 active listings, and 100 units, a more workable step for a small team managing a broader mix of properties.

Brokerage costs 249.00 USD per month (billed $249/mo) for 15 users, 100 active listings, and 500 units. It suits a larger brokerage needing room for substantial inventory. Enterprise costs 599.00 USD per month (billed $599/mo) and includes unlimited agent users, 200 active listings, and 1,000 units. Its user allowance removes a seat ceiling, but listing and unit caps still apply.

Across the tiers, compare both people and inventory against the plan: more seats do not mean unlimited listings. The free plan's monthly billing and narrow capacity make it a starting point, while paid plans begin at 59.00 USD per month.

Platforms

ConnectLinx is available on web and through an API. Lead routing is supported, making the platform relevant to teams that need to connect incoming interest with their operating workflows.

Who it's for

Agents and brokers can use ConnectLinx to bring listing, showing, and transaction work together. Landlords, property managers, owners, and investors may value the unit-based limits and financial records, while commercial and leasing teams can use its support for commercial leases and sales. The right tier depends on the number of users, active listings, and units the operation must handle.

Pros and cons

Broad property workflow coverage: Listings, CRM, showings, e-signatures, deal pipelines, and financial records share a platform, which suits operators trying to coordinate the work around a property.
Listing distribution without per-lead marketplace fees: Eligible listings can reach named portals and partners, and ConnectLinx says it does not charge a marketplace fee for each lead.
Low entry-plan capacity: Free supports one listing and one user; Agent raises that only to four listings and two users, so even small teams may need to move up quickly.
Enterprise still has inventory ceilings: Unlimited agent users do not remove the 200 active-listing and 1,000-unit caps.
Account approval adds friction: Verification and administrator review can slow onboarding, with further documents or a live call sometimes requested.

Alternatives

Consider Realatic if its free plan's 3 users, 100 leads per month, and 1 project better match a small team's lead-focused starting point. LeadPixie is an option for teams wanting web, iOS, and Android access and a free plan for up to 10 users. Choose Propwise if a free CRM and lead-management workspace with basic pipeline and task tools is the closer fit.

Sell.Do may suit a team seeking a custom plan based on team size, modules, AI usage, and communication volumes, with a five-user minimum. REALM is worth considering for its $49 per seat per month EVE X plan, which works over the CRM, portals, and inboxes already used. eesy offers a free tier for one agent and 50 contacts, a narrower CRM starting point.

Cloze is a broader-platform alternative with contact management and email inbox access on its free plan. Follow Up Boss may be preferable for teams focused on lead-source connections, distribution, Smart Lists, Action Plans, and calling. Verdict

ConnectLinx is a strong fit for real estate operators who want listings, showings, transaction administration, and financial records connected in one platform, without per-lead marketplace fees. Choose it when that breadth and portal distribution outweigh the onboarding review and plan quotas. Look elsewhere if you need generous listing capacity on an entry plan or want a tool focused more narrowly on CRM or lead management.
