Overview

CVViZ distributes eligible openings to supported job boards and gathers applications in a centralized candidate database. Channels include LinkedIn, Indeed, career pages, and other free or paid boards, subject to board policies, geography, and employer-account eligibility. That makes it useful for consolidating distribution and review, but not a guarantee that a particular opening can appear on every target board.

Its AI compares resumes with job context and configured criteria, then presents evidence for recruiters to assess. Recruiters retain control over candidate advancement, a sensible boundary for teams that want screening assistance without delegating hiring decisions. Required or optional knockout questions—in multiple-choice, short-answer, or long-answer formats—add structured checks to applications.

Key features

Screening and candidate engagement

Resume screening, skills screening, and knockout questions support an application review process that can combine automated matching with recruiter judgment. Candidate outreach and conversations work over email, WhatsApp, and SMS, including personalized sequences and recruiter handoff. Those channels are useful for teams that want communication alongside screening rather than a separate outreach workflow.

Interview coordination and integrations

CVViZ can coordinate interview availability, candidate time selection, confirmations, reminders, and interview activity on the candidate record. Integration options include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, WhatsApp, SMS/Twilio, job boards, HRMS handoff, and API-based data exchange. API access is included with the Standard and Pro ATS plans; a separate resume parsing API is also offered.

CVViZ presents SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance signals and describes role-based access and data protection controls. It also provides training through live demos and webinars, with email, live chat, and phone support plus an in-app user guide.

Pricing

The ATS plans start at $99.00 USD per month, and a 7-day free trial does not require a credit card. There is no free plan, so teams evaluating it should account for the paid entry point once the trial ends.

Starter — $99.00 USD per month: Five active jobs, unlimited users, and all ATS features. It is the lowest-cost route to the core ATS workflow, but the five-job cap can constrain teams hiring across more concurrent openings.
Basic — $199.00 USD per month: Ten active jobs, unlimited users, and all features. It doubles Starter's job capacity, but does not include the API access explicitly included in Standard and Pro.
Standard — $349.00 USD per month: Twenty active jobs, unlimited users, and API access. This is the practical step for teams that need to exchange data through the API and can work within the 20-job limit.
Pro — $499.00 USD per month: One hundred active jobs, unlimited users, API access, multi-domain access, and SSO. Its higher price is most defensible for larger or multi-domain operations that need these access features and more active-job capacity.

For teams needing resume screening and matching without the full ATS plan, Integrate costs $25.00 USD per month. Separate resume-parsing credit plans are billed annually: 10,000 credits for $625.00 USD per year, 50,000 for $2,500.00 USD per year, or 100,000 for $4,500.00 USD per year. These credit tiers suit teams planning parsing volume in advance; they are distinct from the monthly ATS subscriptions.

Platforms

CVViZ supports Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows, web, browser extension, and API. That breadth gives teams several access routes, while API availability for the ATS depends on choosing Standard or Pro.

Who it's for

CVViZ is a strong fit for in-house recruiting teams, employers, and staffing or recruitment agencies that need job distribution connected to candidate screening and coordination. It is less suitable for occasional hiring, buyers whose required board eligibility is uncertain, or teams seeking a free screening tool.

Pros and cons

Pro: Job distribution, application collection, screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination share a recruiting workflow, reducing the need to treat these as wholly separate tasks.
Pro: Unlimited users on the ATS plans avoid per-seat limits as teams grow, while active-job caps make capacity differences between tiers clear.
Pro: API access on Standard and Pro supports teams that need ATS data exchange; Pro adds multi-domain access and SSO.
Con: Distribution depends on board policies, geography, and employer-account eligibility, so teams cannot assume every desired channel will accept a listing.
Con: There is no free plan, and the lowest ATS tier costs $99.00 USD per month, making the platform a poor match for occasional or budget-constrained hiring.
Con: API access is not included in Starter or Basic, which may force an upgrade for integration-dependent teams even when their job volume is modest.

CandiSift is a better fit for buyers who want a free, self-hosted option and can account for possible per-token LLM processing costs.
Resume Screening AI offers a pay-as-you-go plan at $0.07 USD per resume, with 71 free screenings to start, which may suit teams wanting screening without a monthly ATS commitment.

Humanly Intelligent CV Screening has a free Explorer tier with limits including up to 10 CVs per screening run, making it worth considering for smaller-scale evaluation.
SkipCV offers free credits and a free Standard tier capped at 20 credits and eight candidates per analysis, for buyers seeking a limited no-cost starting point.
Octagnt has a free tier covering one requisition and 150 profiles evaluated, which may work for a constrained single-role trial.
Ducknowl uses custom pricing tailored to hiring process and screening or assessment types, with payment based on usage.
Counting AI is another alternative to consider.

Verdict

Choose CVViZ if your team wants job distribution tied to screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination, and its active-job limits and eligible boards fit your hiring operation. Its workflow breadth and unlimited users are the strongest reasons to buy; look elsewhere if you need a free or low-cost screening tool, a guaranteed distribution channel, or API access without moving beyond Basic.
