Overview

ATLAS FORGE LLC’s service combines build tools with an interactive map, event tracking, guides, tier lists and news. Its single-game focus makes it a specialized companion rather than a general-purpose build platform, and D4Planner states that it is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

The practical appeal is continuity: players can plan a character, keep track of map locations and check expected event times without switching between separate tools. That convenience comes with advertising and privacy trade-offs, so it may not suit players who want to avoid ad-supported services.

Key features

Build planning and sharing

The planner covers skills, equipment, Paragon, specialization and mercenaries, giving players more room to organize a character than a skill-tree-only editor. Save/load and import controls help with revisiting or adapting builds; sharing and embedding make it easier to circulate a plan with other players.

Map tracking

The interactive map covers dungeons, Altars of Lilith, quests, bosses, vendors, events and chests. Export, import and clear controls give users ways to manage map data, which is useful for tracking progress, though the tool remains tied to Diablo IV.

Events and supporting content

The tracker shows expected World Boss, Helltide and Legion event times and offers push notifications. Guides, tier lists, game guides and news broaden its use beyond planning. iOS users must add D4Planner to their home screen to enable notifications, an extra setup step for anyone relying on alerts.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes ad-supported access. It covers the core planner and companion service without a paid plan requirement in the stated pricing. That makes the free plan a sensible fit for players comfortable with ads, while players seeking an ad-free experience should weigh the subscription before committing.

The service’s privacy policy says it and advertising partners collect information for tailored ads, and that certain personal information categories were sold through ad-supported services in the preceding 12 months. It also names Google Play Services, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase and Facebook as third-party services. The policy says internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. D4Planner says it is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

Platforms

D4Planner is available on Android, iOS and the web. The App Store lists it as free for iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 13 or later or iPadOS 13 or later. App support is available by email; the site points users to Discord for more prompt support.

Build and map sharing and embedding are the stated ways to work with others. The maker’s pages do not list external software integrations, so teams that need connections to other tools should not assume them.

Who it's for

D4Planner fits Diablo IV players who want build planning, map progress and event timing together, especially those who will use sharing or mobile notifications. It is less compelling for players who need tools spanning multiple games, external integrations or an ad-free default.

Pros and cons

Pros: Build planning spans skills, equipment, Paragon, specialization and mercenaries, with save/load, import, sharing and embed controls.
Pros: A broad map tracker and three event categories make it a useful companion beyond build crafting.
Pros: Free access across Android, iOS and web gives players several ways to use the service.
Cons: The tools cover Diablo IV alone, limiting their value to players planning across games.
Cons: Free access is ad-supported, and the privacy policy describes tailored advertising and sale of certain personal information categories.
Cons: iOS push notifications require adding the service to the home screen.
