Overview

Dahree is a booking and business-management platform for beauty providers, from independent artists to teams. It is best suited to providers who want scheduling, client records, payments, and business tools in one service, with an iOS app alongside the web platform. The free plan handles core booking and email reminders; text notifications, deposits, and other advanced tools require a paid tier.

Key features

Dahree brings together a booking website, appointment and calendar management, client relationship management, payment processing, notifications, analytics, reporting, and team management. Its Basic plan includes round-the-clock scheduling, services and availability, email confirmations and reminders, and basic booking and earnings analytics. That is a credible starting point for a solo provider who does not need client texts or app-based deposits.

Stripe handles payment processing. Standard adds deposits through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App and client text notifications. The optional Gmail integration uses read-only OAuth 2.0 access to detect and process payment-related emails, with explicit consent. That narrow access and consent requirement may suit providers who want payment email processing without granting broader Gmail permissions.

Dahree says sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that it conducts security assessments, audits, and penetration testing. It also says it does not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Account data is generally deleted or de-identified within 30 days after account deletion, subject to legal, security, transaction, and backup exceptions.

The iOS app supports managing appointments, clients, availability, earnings analytics, and calendars synchronized with the web platform. Support covers accounts, appointments, clients, calendars, billing, payments, and the iOS app, with typical responses within one business day. That scope is useful when an operational issue crosses booking and billing, though it is not a promise of immediate help.

Pricing

Dahree offers a free plan, paid plans from $24.99/mo, and a 7-day trial. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe; fees are generally non-refundable, and failed payments may lead to service suspension. Those terms make it worth confirming the required tier before committing to an annual workflow, especially if texts or deposits are essential.

Basic — $0.00 USD per free. Includes a booking website, 24/7 scheduling, services and availability, email confirmations and reminders, and basic booking and earnings analytics. It is the right fit for providers establishing online booking without paid messaging or deposit features.
Standard — $24.99 USD per month, billed monthly. Adds client text notifications, deposits via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, a premium website and branded link, iOS app beta access, reviews, products, and website analytics. It is the practical upgrade for providers who need text reminders or those deposit methods; the app access is beta, so it should not be treated as equivalent to a finished feature guarantee.
Pro — $34.99 USD per month, billed monthly. Adds a custom domain, waitlist management, advanced analytics, an advanced reminder sequence, more text messages, and 24/7 priority support. Choose it when those specific growth and support tools matter; otherwise Standard costs less and includes the core paid booking and deposit functions.
Teams — custom pricing. Includes custom account setup, team and workflow planning, tailored onboarding, and priority founder support. This is aimed at organizations that need a configured team workflow rather than a self-serve solo setup.

The free tier’s clearest trade-off is email-only notifications and the absence of the paid deposit options. No message quota or seat limit is given for the other tiers, so providers should weigh the listed additions against their actual operating needs rather than assume a particular usage allowance.

Platforms

Dahree is available on iOS and the web. The iOS app’s beta access is a Standard inclusion, while the web platform supports the broader booking and management workflow. Teams choosing a platform beyond those two should consider another option.

Who it's for

Dahree supports service providers or artists, customers, employees, and administrators, making it relevant beyond a single-provider booking page. Independent beauty professionals are the clearest match: Basic covers appointment and availability management, while paid tiers add client texts, deposits, and higher-level tools. Teams can consider the custom-priced tier for onboarding and workflow planning. It is less compelling for businesses that require a platform outside iOS and web or need to avoid monthly fees for text notifications and deposits.

Pros and cons

Pro: A free plan includes a booking website, continuous scheduling, email reminders, and basic analytics, giving providers a usable booking foundation before paying.
Pro: Paid plans add practical beauty-business features, including app-based deposits, reviews, products, waitlists, and custom domains.
Pro: The iOS app synchronizes calendars with the web platform and includes client and earnings management.
Con: Client text notifications and the listed Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App deposit options start at $24.99 USD per month.
Con: Pro costs $34.99 USD per month for its advanced tools, and Teams requires custom pricing, making the upper tiers less predictable than the free and monthly-priced entry plans.
Con: Subscriptions are charged in advance, are generally non-refundable, and failed payments can suspend service.

Alternatives

Consider Salon Website Builders to compare a broader set of salon-focused website options. Nexaloom is worth considering if Android support, a free plan with unlimited appointments, or its stated 1.85% + 20p transaction fee on the free tier better fits the business. OpenSlot may suit a provider who wants core business tools during launch and 0% marketplace commission, while accepting that SMS is billed separately by usage. UOVA is a web-only option with a free tier centered on published sites, AI credits, and image generation rather than the booking workflow described for Dahree.

FARSET may be a better match when its free tier’s 20 confirmed bookings per month is enough, or when unlimited bookings on its Pro tier is the priority. Zolmi offers Android and iOS as well as web, with a START plan that charges by staff count and limits stock to 10 products. DaySmart Salon is a paid alternative with a 1-user Basic plan at $29.00 USD per month and online booking. GlossGenius is another paid option; its Standard plan is $28.00 USD per month and includes a custom booking website and unlimited client notifications. Salon Wizard is a web-based paid alternative with a free trial.

Verdict

Dahree is a strong fit for independent beauty providers who want a free booking and scheduling base, then can pay for client texts, deposits, or more advanced business tools as needed. Its clearest reason to choose it is the progression from free booking to beauty-specific paid features without abandoning the web-and-iOS workflow. Look elsewhere if Android or Windows access is essential, or if recurring paid tiers and advance, generally non-refundable billing do not suit the business.
