Overview

Datagma searches for contacts and enriches records in real time. Its Phone Finder works from a person’s full name and company, so teams do not need a professional profile URL to start a lookup. The credit policy is practical for uncertain searches: only verified email or phone results consume credits, and empty results are free. Paid-plan credits roll over for up to 12 months, helping teams with uneven usage.

Datagma reports up to 93% email confidence and third place for EMEA phone coverage in the Clay benchmark it cites. Those claims underscore its emphasis on verification and EMEA phone data, but monthly phone allowances remain the more immediate constraint for teams sizing a plan.

Key features

Phone Finder: Search by full name and company without a profile URL. This is useful for targeted lookups when a professional profile is unavailable.
Email verification: Catch-all email validation draws on professional networks, GitHub and real bounce data. This gives teams a way to assess addresses that can be harder to verify.
Chrome extension: The free extension reveals verified emails and direct mobile numbers on professional profiles and Sales Navigator searches. Datagma says it retrieves data in real time from the public web without storing contact databases, and describes the design as EU-compliant.
Bulk enrichment: CSV File Upload can return more than 75 enriched data points for up to 50,000 rows. That makes Datagma relevant for CRM cleanup or larger enrichment jobs, though plan selection should account for monthly quotas.
Integrations and API: A REST API is included on every plan, alongside integrations for Zapier, Make, Captain Data, HubSpot, PhantomBuster, n8n and Clay. API access even on Free gives teams a route to connect workflows before upgrading.

Pricing

Datagma is freemium, with paid plans starting at $49/mo. There is no free trial; the Free plan is the ongoing way to assess the service. The published plan quotas are much heavier on email than phone, so teams should match allowances to their actual lookup mix rather than treating monthly credits as interchangeable.

Plan	Price	Included limits and features	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free, billed monthly	3 phones/month, 90 emails/month, 1 seat, API access and WhatsApp integration	Individual evaluation or occasional lookups; the small phone allowance rules it out for sustained prospecting.
Regular	49.00 USD per month	100 phones/month, 3,000 emails/month, 1 seat, API access, WhatsApp integration and free catch-all emails	A solo user whose email needs substantially exceed phone needs.
Popular	99.00 USD per month	250 phones/month, 7,500 emails/month, 3 seats, API access, WhatsApp integration and file upload enrichment	A small team that needs CSV enrichment as well as more shared capacity.
Expert	249.00 USD per month	750 phones/month, 22,500 emails/month, 5 seats, API access, WhatsApp integration and priority support	A larger team with higher contact volumes and a reason to value priority support.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Custom limits, dedicated account manager and custom service-level agreements	Organizations that need negotiated limits and account management.

Free includes only 3 phones and 90 emails monthly, while Regular remains limited to one seat and has no file upload enrichment. Popular is the first plan with file upload enrichment and supports three seats; Expert raises both quotas and seats, but its $249.00 USD monthly price is a meaningful step up. Unused credits roll over for up to 12 months on paid plans.

Platforms

Datagma is available on the web, through a Chrome extension and via API. The REST API is included across all plans, and the integration options connect it to automation, CRM and enrichment workflows. This breadth suits teams that want to fit contact data into an existing stack; it is less compelling for a team that needs phone volumes beyond the plan caps.

Who it's for

Datagma is aimed at sales teams, recruiters, business developers, real-estate agents, growth teams and RevOps or CRM teams. It is a particularly good match for a team that needs both verified email and phone discovery, has CSVs to enrich, or wants API access from the start. A solo operator can begin on Free or Regular, while multi-seat teams need Popular or Expert. Teams whose core workload is high-volume phone prospecting should compare the monthly phone caps carefully.

Pros and cons

Pro: Search by name and company without a profile URL, which keeps phone discovery usable when profile links are missing.
Pro: Empty results do not consume credits, and paid credits roll over for up to 12 months, reducing waste from unsuccessful or lumpy searches.
Pro: API access is included even on Free, while Popular adds CSV enrichment for up to 50,000 rows.
Con: The Free plan allows only 3 phones per month, and even Expert tops out at 750; phone-heavy teams may outgrow the quotas.
Con: Free and Regular are single-seat plans, and Regular does not include file upload enrichment, limiting their fit for collaborative or bulk workflows.

Verdict

Datagma is a strong fit for teams that need contact discovery, catch-all email validation, CSV enrichment and API access in one service, especially when name-and-company phone searches solve a real workflow gap. Choose it when its email-heavy quotas match your usage and credits that roll over matter. Look elsewhere if phone demand is high relative to email, or if you need multiple seats without moving beyond the mid-tier plans.
