Overview

EasyHire.me brings recorded video interviews and candidate assessment into a hiring workflow for employers and staffing teams. It is strongest for teams that need several interview formats and shared review; the main trade-off is that lower-cost plans restrict interview volume, seats, and recording retention.

Its privacy notice describes AI-generated assessments as decision support, with employers making the final hiring decisions. Candidate data is tied to the role application and is not used to train general AI models without employer authorization.

Key features

Teams can run on-demand, live, and panel interviews, as well as technical video interviews where candidates write and execute code. Templates and recording support structured interviews and later review, while candidate comparison and interview sharing help multiple reviewers contribute to a decision.

AI tools can grade candidate responses, draft job descriptions and competency-focused questions, and analyze facial expressions and emotions. Automated transcription, candidate SMS notifications, and practice interviews are also options. These capabilities can consolidate preparation and review tasks, but emotion analysis and automated grading should be treated as inputs for human judgment, not hiring decisions on their own.

Employers can add company photos and videos to job posts. White-label options cover a customized interface and emails, a company domain, custom development, and a personalized job board. Greenhouse users can set up and conduct interviews there and access real-time notes and feedback. An API is documented through Postman, which gives teams a route to investigate integration needs before committing.

The privacy notice states commitments to GDPR compliance and compliance with the U.S.-EU Privacy Shield framework. It describes the service as intended for job seekers, employers, and staffing organizations; account holders must be at least 16.

Pricing

EasyHire.me uses per-job monthly billing on its Free, Entry, and Standard plans. The free plan has no price listed and allows 1 job post monthly, 5 interviews monthly, 2 team members, and 2 weeks of interview storage. It is useful for a small trial or occasional hiring, but the interview and retention caps make it a poor fit for sustained volume.

Entry costs 49.00 USD per month, billed per job monthly. It raises capacity to 10 interviews monthly and 3 team members, with 1 month of interview storage. That is a modest step up from Free, rather than a broad team plan; the short retention and low interview quota matter for teams running concurrent searches.

Standard costs 99.00 USD per month, billed per job monthly, and includes 100 interviews per job monthly, 20 team members, and 3 months of interview storage. Account and email customization and advanced application collection features make it the more practical choice for teams coordinating more reviewers and candidates. Those allowances are still bounded by each job, so buyers should match them to hiring volume.

Enterprise has custom pricing on an annual subscription tailored to needs and service volume. It includes unlimited interviews and jobs, unlimited team members, 6 months of storage, a personal team support manager, and team account branding. It is the fit for larger operations that need scale and dedicated support, rather than teams seeking a published fixed price. The stated included team seats are 3; plan-specific seat allowances differ, reaching 20 on Standard and unlimited on Enterprise.

Platforms

EasyHire.me supports web and API. Live and asynchronous interviews, recording, and interview templates are supported, giving teams a mix of real-time assessment and reviewable candidate responses.

Who it's for

EasyHire.me suits employers and staffing organizations that want structured video interviews, shared candidate review, and AI-assisted preparation in one hiring workflow. Greenhouse users may find the documented interview setup and real-time notes especially relevant. Teams with high monthly volumes, long retention needs, or a requirement for a small published per-team price should weigh the per-job quotas and storage limits carefully.

Pros and cons

Multiple interview formats: on-demand, live, panel, and code-based technical interviews cover varied hiring stages.
Collaborative review: candidate comparison, recorded interview sharing, and Greenhouse notes support input from more than one interviewer.
Useful workflow customization: branding options extend from interface and email changes to a company domain and personalized job board.
AI is framed as assistance: the stated decision-support role and restriction on general-model training without employer authorization clarify how outputs are positioned.
Entry capacity is tight: 10 interviews monthly, 3 team members, and 1 month of storage can constrain even a small hiring team.
Per-job pricing needs scrutiny: Standard's 100 interviews monthly applies per job, so total spend and capacity depend on the number of jobs.

Verdict

Choose EasyHire.me if your team wants live and asynchronous video interviews, shared candidate review, and AI-assisted hiring tools with Greenhouse support and branding options. Its clearest advantage is breadth across interview formats and collaborative evaluation; look elsewhere if per-job quotas, short storage windows, or the need for a simple published team-wide price are deal-breakers.
