Overview

Trustmary connects surveys, review collection, publication and feedback analysis. A branded survey can combine satisfaction measurement, open-ended feedback and a request for an authentic review, while automated reporting, alerts and AI analysis turn responses into themes and suggestions.

That breadth makes Trustmary more than a review display tool: it also supports collection and analysis. Review fairness is a useful guardrail: businesses cannot remove genuine reviews, though they can ask Trustmary to assess a review that may breach its terms, with requests handled impartially.

Key features

Collection and publication

Teams can distribute surveys and testimonial forms through unique URLs, QR codes, email, SMS in Europe, website or app embeds, and email signatures. Automated review requests and imports from Google, Facebook, G2, Capterra, TripAdvisor and Yelp help bring feedback into the same system; spreadsheet and manual imports are also supported.

Customizable, no-code widgets publish reviews on websites and support review schema markup. Trustmary says the widgets work with all website builders and content management systems, which lowers the cost of adding them to an existing site. The trade-off is that widget views are capped by plan, so teams with high traffic should check those limits alongside response quotas.

Integrations and AI visibility

Native integrations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, QuickBooks and Google Sheets cover several common business workflows. Zapier and Make extend connectivity, but teams relying on another direct integration should confirm that their preferred route fits their stack.

An AI-optimized profile page publishes customer experience information and service details for tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to read. This gives teams a way to surface those details to AI tools, alongside conventional website review widgets.

Pricing

Trustmary has a free plan and paid options billed monthly or annually. The Solo plan has no price stated and includes 5 monthly survey responses, 200 monthly widget views, review imports, website review display, feedback and review collection, and a Review Page. Those small quotas make it a restrained starting point, not a fit for sustained high-volume collection.

Build Your Plan costs 26.00 USD per month, billed annually. It raises the allowance to 10 monthly survey responses and 5,000 monthly widget views, while retaining imports, website display, collection and the Review Page. The response cap remains low, so it suits modest collection needs better than a busy feedback program.

Starter costs 203.00 USD per month, billed annually. It keeps the 10-response and 5,000-view limits, and adds 3 review connections, automatic imports, custom surveys and analytics. That may suit teams that need more collection control and reporting, but the unchanged response allowance is a notable constraint at this price.

Business costs 463.00 USD per month, billed annually, and includes 50 monthly responses, 25,000 widget views, 10 review connections, lead generation, whitelabeling and premium integrations. It is the clearer step up for teams needing more display capacity and business-facing features, though the response quota still merits scrutiny against expected volume.

AI Visibility costs 1990.00 EUR per year, billed €1,990 / year, excluding VAT. It includes one review source, up to 60 responses per year, an AI-optimized profile page, manual collection by link, QR code or embed, and chat support. It is a focused option for publishing customer experience information to AI tools, not a high-volume collection plan.

Enterprise costs 9990.00 EUR per year, billed €9,990 / year, excluding VAT. Its 6,000 annual responses, 20 review sources, extended support, custom limits and 250,000 monthly widget views target larger programs that need substantial scale. Trustmary also says its pricing tiers include onboarding support, and provides a Help Center.

Platforms

Trustmary supports web and API platforms. Its web widgets and collection options suit teams publishing reviews on websites, while API support provides another integration path for existing systems.

Who it's for

Trustmary is aimed at service-led B2B and B2C companies that continually acquire customers and whose buyers consider past customer experiences. It is most compelling when a team wants survey-based collection, review publishing and feedback analysis together. Smaller teams can start with limited quotas, while teams with larger programs should compare response and widget-view ceilings before committing.

Its privacy policy describes administrative, organizational, technical and physical safeguards, and regular security-vulnerability testing. Under its data protection addendum, the customer is controller and Trustmary is processor for personal data handled on the customer's behalf. That division is relevant for teams assessing data-processing responsibilities.

Pros and cons

Pros: Multiple collection channels and automated review requests support gathering input across email, SMS in Europe, QR codes, links and embeds.
Pros: Review imports, website widgets, reporting and AI analysis bring collection, display and feedback interpretation into one platform.
Pros: The fairness policy prevents businesses from removing genuine reviews, supporting a more credible review record.
Cons: Lower plans have tight response quotas: Solo allows 5 monthly responses, while Build Your Plan and Starter allow 10.
Cons: The Starter plan costs 203.00 USD per month billed annually but has the same response and widget-view quotas as Build Your Plan.
Cons: AI Visibility is limited to one review source and up to 60 responses per year, so it is not a substitute for a high-volume collection tier.

Alternatives

For a broader shortlist, compare Review Generation Software, Review Management Software, Online Reputation Management Software and Salon Reputation Management Software.

Choose Yotpo Reviews if its free plan’s 50 orders per month, 500 outgoing emails and 200 kick-start credits align better with your collection needs; it is also freemium and supports API and web. Judge.me is worth considering for a free plan with unlimited review requests, widgets, a star-rating badge, CSV imports and photo and video review requests.

Junip offers a free plan with unlimited review requests and orders, on-site displays, automated request emails, analytics and review replies, making it a direct option for teams prioritizing those functions. Loox has a free Beginner plan capped at 500 total orders and billed as part of Shopify’s 30-day subscription billing period, with no annual commitment.

Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews, HiFiveStar, Okendo and Podium Webchat are alternatives to compare for a different fit.

Verdict

Trustmary is a strong candidate for service-led teams that want one workflow for collecting customer feedback, publishing reviews and analyzing responses, with integrations and an AI-readable profile as added reach. Choose it when that combination matters more than generous entry-level quotas; look elsewhere or move to a higher tier if your expected response volume outgrows the lower plans’ limits.
