Overview

event67 is an attendee-facing companion app for in-person conferences, with an organizer console for shaping the event experience. It is best suited to organizers who need a branded program, attendee networking, and session participation rather than a full event-operations system. Its focused feature set is useful, but ticketing, streaming, and exhibitor lead capture require separate tools.

Key features

Schedules and workshops

Attendees can filter a live schedule, inspect tracks and session details, create personal agendas, and RSVP for workshops. Waitlists help manage interest when a workshop fills, making event67 a practical guide to a busy program; it does not replace registration or ticket sales.

Networking and engagement

A searchable directory and attendee profiles help participants find one another. QR-code connections support in-person introductions, while remote users can send connection requests. Moderated Q&A, polls, crowd reactions, and session feedback give attendees several ways to take part. These are useful engagement tools, but there is no algorithmic matchmaking or video streaming.

Branding and integrations

Organizers can brand the app and publish it under their own name in the App Store and Google Play, with a web version alongside Android and iOS apps. The Partner API, signed webhooks, and scheduled data sources support reading event records, receiving updates, and importing partner data. Integrations require a paid organization plan, so teams that need data connections should budget beyond the free plan.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, billed $0 forever. It includes the whole feature set for one live event and up to 50 activated attendees. That is a genuine low-risk fit for a small event, but the single-event and attendee caps make it unsuitable for a larger conference or a season of events.

Event Pass costs 5.00 USD per once: the first 50 attendees are free, then each activated attendee beyond 50 costs $5. The charge comes 48 hours after the event ends, and the fee is capped at $4,750 per event. This avoids an annual commitment for occasional organizers, while attendance-based billing means the total grows with turnout.

For recurring programs, Season Pass Starter is billed at $8,750 a year for 2,500 attendee credits; Growth is $30,000 a year for 10,000 credits; and Scale is $62,500 a year for 25,000 credits. Each plan rolls unused credits over for 12 months and charges $5 per attendee above its allowance. These tiers suit organizations able to forecast repeat-event volume; the annual outlay is harder to justify for a single event. There is no free trial.

Platforms

event67 supports Android, iOS, web, and an API. Its in-person event mode and lack of video meetings matter for teams planning hybrid or virtual programs: the app can support participation around sessions, but not deliver the sessions themselves.

Who it's for

Choose event67 when the priority is a branded attendee experience: keeping a conference schedule handy, enabling participant connections, and collecting live session input. It is not the right choice for organizers seeking one system for sales, badge printing, exhibitor lead retrieval, or streamed content. Teams with formal security requirements should also weigh the absence of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP credentials. Traffic is served over HTTPS, authentication uses Firebase, and the API runs on Google Cloud Run; data is processed primarily in the United States. Profile and participation data remain until deletion is requested, with no scheduled purge, and attendees have no in-app deletion button. Support says it responds within one business day, usually sooner.

Pros and cons

Pros: One free event with the full feature set and up to 50 activated attendees gives small organizers a way to use the app without an upfront charge.
Pros: Branded app publishing, web access, agendas, networking, and live engagement bring several attendee-facing needs together.
Pros: Per-event pricing and annual credit plans give occasional and repeat organizers different billing paths.
Cons: No ticketing, badge printing, exhibitor lead retrieval, streaming, or matchmaking means organizers must assemble other tools for those jobs.
Cons: Paid integrations and $5-per-attendee overages can add cost as event usage or data needs grow.
Cons: No named security certifications, no scheduled data purge, and no attendee deletion button may rule it out for organizations with stricter data governance.

Alternatives

For a broader set of recruiting-event options, compare the Recruiting Events Software category. Consider GradLeaders if you want a paid platform available on Android, iOS, web, and API. Symplicity Recruit is a freemium alternative with a free trial and web/API access; its Starter plan is $55.00 USD per once per job post per school when targeting 1–4 schools. Eightfold AI is a paid API-and-web option with no free plan or trial and a Starter Edition at $25,000.00 USD per year, billed per quarter, with a minimum one-year contract. Paradox offers custom pricing for a paid Android, iOS, web, and API platform. FairUp may fit organizers who need ticket sales and payment: its free Community plan includes unlimited guests, chat, networking, and participant management, though it has no exhibitors. Handshake has a free Basic plan with 10 messages per month, a simple company presence, and limited talent matching. ibentos Virtual Job Fair Platform uses custom pricing available by request. Withe has a free Recruiter offer for its first three fairs, then charges $400.00 USD per once per fair.

Verdict

event67 is a sound choice for organizers who want to improve the in-person attendee experience without building a custom companion app. Its schedule, networking, and participation tools are backed by a free small-event entry point and flexible event or annual billing. Look elsewhere if ticketing, streaming, exhibitor operations, matchmaking, or stronger formal security assurances are central requirements.
