Overview

Super Dispatch is an auto-transport platform for managing vehicle shipments across shipper, carrier, and driver workflows. It suits businesses coordinating car moves and carriers who want dispatch tools on mobile. The main trade-off is clear: Lite is free but omits several automation and visibility features, while paid plans add per-seat or volume-related costs.

Key features

Shipper TMS handles moves from order creation through payment, with electronic documentation and real-time tracking. Carrier TMS and the Driver App cover load management, electronic bills of lading, inspections, GPS tracking, billing, and reporting. Map schedule views and live location tracking are useful for dispatch visibility, but GPS tracking is not included in the free Lite tier.

Integrations span REST APIs, EDI with OpenText, Glovis, and ICL Systems, Zapier, and QuickBooks Online or Desktop. API access is a subscription-based feature for automating loads, drivers, statuses, and operational data synchronization, so teams should account for that added subscription when evaluating an API-dependent workflow. SuperProtect is a paid Shipper TMS add-on that surfaces carrier risk signals using account activity, FMCSA data, platform behavior, and historical context.

Super Dispatch completes an annual SOC 2 Type II audit through an independent AICPA-accredited evaluator. Platform data is encrypted in transit and stored data uses AES-256. Carrier Pro includes priority phone, email, or chat support from 7 am to 7 pm CT; Shipper Pro includes personalized virtual onboarding with a dedicated specialist.

Pricing

The freemium model gives single drivers a way to start without a software charge, but meaningful differences between tiers matter for operating workflows.

Carrier TMS Lite: 0.00 USD per free. It includes the Driver App, a limited Carrier TMS dashboard, and Super Loadboard. It excludes advanced reporting, automated invoicing, GPS tracking, and integrations, making it a narrow fit for a single driver or small owner-operator who can manage without those capabilities.
Carrier Pro: 55.00 USD per month, starting at $55/month per seat. The first seat is $55/month and each additional seat is $50/month. Seat-based pricing can work for a small carrier team, but costs rise with headcount. It includes priority support by phone, email, or chat from 7 am to 7 pm CT.
Shipper Pro: 159.00 USD per month, starting at $159/month with 2 seats included; additional seats are $79/month. Monthly VIN limits vary by tier and overage fees may apply, so shippers with variable volume should account for usage as well as seats. Personalized virtual onboarding with a dedicated specialist is included.

A free trial is available. Shipper Pro is designed for shippers, brokers, dealers, auctions, and fleet leasing businesses; SuperProtect is a paid add-on rather than an included Shipper Pro feature.

Platforms

Super Dispatch supports Android, iOS, web, API, and an extension. The Driver App is available for Android and iOS, giving drivers a mobile workflow alongside browser-based tools. API access is subscription-based, so platform support should not be confused with API access being included at no charge.

Who it's for

Shippers, brokers, dealers, auctions, and fleet leasing businesses are the stated audience for Shipper Pro. Carriers that need load management and driver tools can choose between Lite and Carrier Pro: Lite is most defensible for a single driver with basic needs, while Pro is the better fit when reporting, automation, tracking, integrations, or priority support matter. Teams that need API-driven synchronization should factor in the separate subscription-based API access.

Pros and cons

Pro: Shipper and carrier workflows sit in one auto-transport platform, with order handling, documentation, tracking, and driver tools spanning the move.
Pro: Integration options cover APIs, EDI, Zapier, and QuickBooks, which gives operations several routes for connecting existing systems.
Pro: Lite provides a no-cost starting point for single drivers and small owner-operators.
Con: Lite lacks advanced reporting, automated invoicing, GPS tracking, and integrations, limiting its usefulness for teams that need automation or dispatch visibility.
Con: Carrier Pro scales by seat, while Shipper Pro adds seat charges and tier-dependent VIN limits with possible overages.
Con: API access is subscription-based, and SuperProtect is an additional paid Shipper TMS add-on.

Verdict

Super Dispatch is a strong fit for auto-transport businesses that need shipper and carrier workflows together, with mobile driver tools and multiple integration routes. Choose it when those operational links matter more than keeping costs flat as seats or shipment volume grow. Look elsewhere if Lite's missing tracking and automation are deal-breakers but Carrier Pro or Shipper Pro's seat and usage terms do not fit your budget.
